Avoid this company! If anything goes wrong, they don't want yo know.
Booked a. EPC and paid upfront (mistske). The date was critical because it was for a licence, and because we had a 100 mile round trip and 2 ferries to get there. The contractor cancelled the appointment at short notice, postponing it for nearly 2 weeks. When I messaged back she did not respond for 2 days. I managed to book another, local tradesman at short notice, and cancelled the original appointment. The myconstructor person then replied, taking offence at my complaints, although none of these were abusive. I demanded a refund, but got given a 'ticket' and had to negotiate a very cumbersome system, only to fond no sensible response had come back.

The assessor was polite
The assessor was polite, friendly and efficient. He explained next steps and apologised for being late as he was stuck in traffic but this was not an issue at all as I had a one hour window for the appointment.
