Lack of timely updates is probably the biggest problem. MyCorporation should spell out the date of receipt right from the beginning. Saying 20 business days isn't clear.

I had need some papers urgently to open my bank account and although the papers were ready to be mailed out. The customer service took out all papers scanned and then emailed me with 20 minutes. I would highly recommend to use MyCorporation for their service.

it was so easy to set up our business through mycorporation that it seemed unlikely we wouldn't have to do a lot of it on our own. when setting up the bank account we had to have a second evaluation through the compliance department due to the fact that the paperwork was condensed into just a few documents. the bankers said they had never seen or heard of such a simple process for setting up a business. if ever the need arises to set up another business we will without question use this service.
