I had been struggling to program a timer, I spoke to Oliver who was brilliant who guided me through the progress and answered all my questions in a concise and clear manner.

My driveway alarm packed up after a few years - no sound from the receiver. I have emailed the company several times but they do not reply. I hope they are still in operation.

Brilliant company to deal with! Sent me a replacement alarm receiver after one I purchased went faulty, can’t ask for any more so 5* from me.

I have a driveway alarm that I purchased almost 12 months ago.It appears the audio on the receiver had stopped working.I contacted the mydome team and they replaced it after providing the original receipt and arranged for a new one to be sent out to my home address.The all round service and response to my query.

Told despatched part of order arrived 5 days later. No response to messages left, emails or phone calls.
Customer service do not know the meaning of the word.

My Dome supply really good door bell and lighting switches that are reliable but also represent excellent value.

I purchased a light switch and it's been excellent. It's automatically turning my lights off and on daily. I have no issues with it while I'm out. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Now, I will comment on the TV Simulator that I purchased.
This is a simple and inexpensive good idea which does what is claimed, which is that it makes a property appear to be occupied.
Unlike an internal alarm system, which operates after an intruder has broken in, this goes some way to discouraging access.

Some time ago l purchased a Light Switch Timer (UK113) which provided continuous satisfaction and was 100% reliable.Unfortunately,after many years of daily operation,a small internal part broke and we felt
lost without it.
I emailed Switched On Products and received an answer within twenty four hours offering a free replacement part. NOW THAT’S WHAT I CALL SERVICE!

I emailed the company for advice on a number of issues and am very pleased with the answers they have provided. It makes all the difference having a UK based operation.
I will be purchasing 3 sensors and will report later how effective I find them.

The hallmark of a REALLY GOOD company is how well they handle a customer's complaint and sort it out to the customer's satisfaction.
I ordered a police-approved Mydome Light Switch Timer a week ago and expected delivery within 48 hours (as advertised) via the GPO's 48-hour service. After 96 hours and no delivery, I complained to Mydome who discovered that the fault lay with errors in the GPO's 48-hour service. Thanks to Oliver in Mydome's Customer Service Department, the timer has now been delivered in perfect condition. 10/10 to all concerned at Mydome and to their brilliant timer which is a doddle to fit and programme! 5+ STARS from this customer!

I ordered goods and paid extra for next day delivery as I was going away. The goods were not delivered the next day and nobody answered or returned my calls.

Eventually I had a response and Royal Mail was blamed. By then, it was too late and I asked for my order to be cancelled. They sent them anyway so then I had the bother of having to return them.

The address label sent did not work properly so took the package to a post depot to return. I have had no refund from the company nor any response to numerous emails.

Update:After initial review, the company responded that they wanted to resolve the problem. They agreed a refund. This was not received nor did they reply to 3 emails and a phone message. Furthermore, they never refunded the postage which they had promised to refund when the product was not delivered the next day. Shameful lies and unmet promises. Do not buy from them.

Needed spares for timer. Emailed and got an almost instant reply and spares sent out in the post same day. Excellect support. 5 star.

I recently purchased a MyDome driveway alarm.

The system was very easy to install and commission, but I had a small operational issue which ended up being of my own making.

However, the problem was promptly diagnosed and rectified by Oliver at MyDome via a series of clear, concise and prompt emails - the support received was 1st class!

In summary a positive experience and a great product.

After 11 months of use, I had a problem with the receiver for a driveway sensor. It was still within warranty so the support team sent out a replacement.
My interaction with them was very positive. They were quick to respond and very professional. I'll definitely buy their products again.

Although I experienced a problem with their product, I have nothing but praise for the way that my query was subsequently dealt with by Mydome.
Sadly all too rare these days.

Has made us feel that we and the house are safe and secure when we go out or away for the last approximately 10 years.

Much easier to install and operate than many alternatives we have tried, and not expensive either

We remove the switch timer every time we finish using it, so that we can access the three switches individually. But we recently dropped it and broke a part inside. Without hesitation, MyDome agreed to send us the replacement part immediately.

I have two of the lightswitch timers which have served me faithfully. Last time I used them, one of the switch wheels broke off and I thought that was it. However, I contacted Mydome on the off chance that they might supply parts; something that appears less likely these days. I was pleasantly surprised when Oliver came back and offered me a free replacement back panel to repair it! It's a long time since I've experienced that level of customer service! Turns out that the control mechanism has also failed but I had no hesitancy in buying a replacement unit from them given their support. These are easy to use, work very well and have no electrical issues with needing to be mains powered, something that is not always easy as light switches tend not to have a neutral return!
