Impressive and works extremely well.
It developed a fault after 8 years of uninterrupted usage. Purchased mine in 2016 and it has been turning off and on my external lights daily with no issues.
I am purchasing a replacement given the incredible quality and long operational life.

Mechanical Timer replacement part.
Excellent response to problem with backplate on mechanical timer. Response to problem positive in every respect. Replacement part sent out quickly with no charge. Couldn't ask for more and would certainly recommend them.

False replacement promise
Purchased from amazon item went faulty after 3 months, it now turns out i got a False replacement promise, reported March 4th, paid for replacement postage told a replacement will be available in june, June 17th no replacement arrived, email sent June 17th no response, it's now July 2nd still no response, I will also be making an official complaint to relevant authorities for fraud and Amazon, by at your own peril

Having tracked your order I can see that Royal Mail and their international courier partner attempted delivery. As this delivery failed the international courier partner followed their re-delivery protocol before returning the item back to the UK.
For transparency our team will forward the tracking details previously sent to you again; the tracking details provide status updates as the parcel progressed through the international network.
