Moving forward
I have been in debt for a long time and found talking to my debtors very difficult , hostile some what aggressive , not this lady I felt she cared and was very compassionate and understood how difficult just talking can be , not this lady she made me feel calm and relaxed and actually cared about my circumstances. Made dealing with my debt so much nicer and I can see a light at the end of the tunnel again .

Very rude and not helpful at all.
I spoke to this company twice in the last three weeks. Each time I call in they are all chirpy until you tell them your name. I found the advisors tone changed immediately upon asking my details. We are all human being regardless of which part of the world we are from. I was born in this country. Indirect racism unfortunately.
