My Experience With EP Financial Solutionswas very good
My experience was very good. After a few questions to make sure that I, whom am a Pensioner, was covered to pay all my other bills, my transaction was handled very efficiently, kindly and compassionately. I would recommend EP Financial Solutions to anyone who is perhaps having problems with outstanding debts. They are very polite and handle elderly people very sensitively.

At the same time, when something doesn’t look right, we make sure to support escalating the circumstances back to our clients so it can be properly investigated.
From what you’ve said, it sounds like this may be a case of incorrect or fraudulent credit being set up, which is something we take very seriously. We absolutely don’t want to be contacting minors or people who aren’t responsible for the debt, and we’ll always step in to put things right if that’s the case.

My Advisor’s approach
Your advisor listened and understood everything that I had explained to her!
Her response was very reassuring and I was told that the relevant information would get relayed back to the company in question and that she will contact me again if necessary! I found this advisor to be very polite and helpful very professional and understanding more than I can say about the company chasing up Full Payment when I’ve always paid monthly!!!
