The platform on Truevalueclaim.net was easy to use, and I completed my complaint without problems. However, I didn’t receive a clear outcome.

So I joined this broker as part of a program called xrading. Basically a prop firm style program but with less restrictive rules. This broker are based in Australia so the only possible time you can contact them due to their lack of 24/5 support is during Sydney office ours. Which is useless for people in the Northern Hemisphere. So getting anything done such as kyc, deposits, withdrawals and other general support is a chore and can take days on end. This was the initial set of problems I had with this broker. The length of time to get anything done. Then came the real problems. Despite both xrading and the broker themselves claiming that there are no restrictions on trading style, scalping or even hft this broker decided they didn't like my style of trading. I employed a simple scalping expert adviser co written by myself that scalped fast trades on gold. Not arbitrage and not trying to take advantage of issues with their trading platform or any other nefarious method of making money in the markets. Just a basic scalper. They disabled trading in mt5 and then proceeded to ban me and remove me from this program. When asked they pulled a vague set of terms saying I'd been trading arbitrage with no proof. Absolutely no way did I employ this type of trading and it strikes me that they just didn't like the style and the profitability due to being a market maker broker rather than having direct market access. This means that my scalper was probably losing them money. I would stay away from this broker of you want the freedom to trade how you wish. Another case of a hypocritical broker doing as they wish because they just don't want your business. Very disappointed and they will probably not last long in the industry. Stay away.

Onboarding process was straightforward, execution is good and nice tight spreads. No complaints

I had a terrible experience with this company. After putting in the effort to trade and grow my account through scalping, they deleted all my profits, claiming I was engaging in "latency trading." This accusation is completely unfair as I was simply using legitimate scalping strategies. When I contacted their support team for clarification, I received vague responses and no concrete evidence to support their claims. This behavior is highly unprofessional, and I cannot recommend their services to anyone. Be cautious if you decide to trade with them, as they may unfairly penalize you for legitimate trading strategies.

I was introduced to MYFX Markets by a friend of mine a couple of months ago after their website and CO overhaul. I'm not a massive trader but I gave them a try and for the small trading I do, I've had no problems with them at all! Spreads could be a little tighter but execution is good and I've not had any slippage. Looking forward to continuing my trading with them.
