I have 2 MAM accounts being managed by 2 different investment managers on this platform. While there is an LPOA in place, I have never been able to get in direct contact with any member of the customer care team.

The "Live Chat" option is never live; it's sent as an email for which you never get a response. The phone lines are never responded to and the investment managers are extremely reluctant to patch you in with any member of the customer service team.

Account profits and splits are calculated arbitrarily AKA whenever they feel like it, at any point in the month, rather than on a set schedule by the broker and withdrawn from your account to the investment manager's account while your own requests for withdrawals come up with "issues" or never get processed.

It's all quite sketchy...and I can say this after using the broker for over 6 months. Would not recommend at all.

I had difficulties in crediting my account but because I got the best account officer who gave me an idea how to go about the payment.i made the payment easily and faster than I expected.kudos to him for his help.

Do yourself a favour and ask for Kariem to be your Account Manager. Kariem is incredibly helpful, reliable and his service is outstanding. Kariem goes the extra mile, he has always responded to my Whatsapp messages within a matter of minutes, he’s quick to help or take appropriate action. I honestly couldn’t ask for more 😊

Inexperienced traders. That close all of your trades when you want to release funds from your account. Customer service is terrible. You cant speak to a real person on the phone. I'm still waiting for what little is left of my initial investment. After gross mismanagement. Have been waiting over a week for a bank transfer. No one at this company will tell me where my money has disappeared to. I've been scammed. I dont advise that anyone use this company.
