My experience has been defined by one thing: being ignored.

The hair transplant itself left me with visible bald patches, poor density, and areas that were never treated despite being discussed before surgery. One of my biggest concerns was my frontal hairline, yet it was largely left untouched.

When I raised these issues, communication became a constant battle. I spent months chasing responses before the clinic eventually offered corrective surgery. I accepted, booked flights and accommodation, and repeatedly asked for a consultation beforehand so I could understand what they were actually planning to fix.

That consultation never happened.
Imagine being expected to undergo a second surgical procedure without anyone properly discussing the treatment plan with you.

I lost confidence in the clinic and decided not to go ahead. Since requesting a refund, the pattern has repeated itself: silence.

For a medical clinic, this is completely unacceptable. Surgery is only part of the service. Communication, accountability and aftercare matter just as much, and this clinic has consistently failed in all three.

Don't expect timely communication or meaningful support. My experience has been months of chasing emails, broken confidence, and an outcome that still requires further corrective surgery elsewhere.
I cannot recommend this clinic.

Had my first hair transplant here they took way to many hairs from the donner it looks patchy now and the hair they planted is all wiry i got this done a few years ago wish i didnt now, i got this done near the end of 2023

I recently had my IPRF injection with Dr.Alosert n Kranthi, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived kranthi was professional, friendly and made me feel completely comfortable.

They make you write a review straight after the procedure, so be aware most reviews are about the ‘service’ on the day, not the results which are most important.. It's year and half after my transplant and the result is really bad!

It's not what I expected at all, the density is not as good as most peoples’ and it is patchy in parts. I'm planning on going to another clinic to fix the awful job they've done, by making my hairline look totally unnatural.

I had my FUE hair transplant 2 weeks ago and I'm very satisfied by Dr Mahdi Alain Alosert and the team for their work. Especially Dr Alosert for his professional conduct throughout pre- and post-operation procedures.

Dr Aloset and yanchen were very helpful with the FUE procedures and the post IPRAF injections. I didn’t feel any pain during the procedures. I highly recommend this clinic and its surgeons.

The last injection they did hurt much more than expected and I had 6 of them as well don't like the fact that you seem to be forced to give a review in front of them
