Amazing service from start to finish, especially from Becky and Ashley (highly recommend) who looked after me leading up to the process. I asked so many questions and the were there every step of the way, even now 6 weeks after the opp. Really mad me feel at ease and made the whole thing easy. The team at Kenton were really polite and again made me feel at ease. Provided a nice little lunch too. If your having any doubts get in touch with want hair and have a chat.

I m so happy ,the staff and Dr.shuaib good at me and just waiting for results, and the staff is so friendly and thankyou for everyone.

Scam…..This result has come after two years. They only take money and focus on counting people. After consulting with various doctors, I found out that 4,000 grafts should have been implanted front to back, but they only planted 2,000 with space and ignored that is why my result is Zero, I advise go to turkey never come on this clinic.

The initial impression of the clinic when you walk through the door was that they were trying to accommodate more patients than they good, everyone seemed to be rushing around trying to find equipment and steralise rooms. The initial conversation with the surgeon was 50% designing the hairline and 50% them trying to sell me the PRP which I'd already rejected. The procedure itself was painless apart from the local anesthetic, however it was uncomfortable but that is expected. Throughout the procedure there were people continuously coming in and out of the room to collect different equipment. There was also a point where I noticed the nurse opening the pedal with her sterile gloves before continuing with the procedure. Once the procedure had finished and I was tired and uncomfortable, I was yet again approached about the PRP injection

Was seen by Dr Shuaib and team,in at 8 am all finished by 13:00 virtually pain free and provided lunch as well.
Brilliant experience feel good great day.

I have had 2 hair transplants, 1 to my crown 9 months ago and my hairline 3 months ago. My consultation and hair design/transplant was carried out by Dr Alosert & his team.

Dr Alosert, is extremely experienced and was very personable and understanding of my concerns regarding my hair, he gave me the best solution which suited me.

The results are looking amazing so far, still have another 9-12 months for the full results but is looking extremely positive and more dense than I had expected at this time.

My experience at the hair transplant clinic was absolutely amazing. The night before my transplant I was nervous but on the day when I came in the staff made me feel very comfortable. Dr Mahdi, Aditiya and Yasmine were fantastic they made me feel comfortable and they executed the procedure with professionalism and care.

A Disastrous Experience: Doctor Shoib Mir and the My Hair Transplant Clinic, Kenton Branch London.

I am writing to warn potential clients about the catastrophic experience I had with Doctor Shoib Mir and Hair Transplant Clinic's Kenton branch. My surgery was a complete failure, and the aftercare was utterly negligent.

They will charge you £300 again at the clinic before the surgery though you have paid £2000 for the First sitting of surgery, Following the procedure, I was denied a crucial doctor's appointment and the necessary medications, despite being charged a hefty sum. Despite numerous attempts to contact the clinic, I was met with excuses and a complete lack of assistance. As a result, my transplanted hair began to fall out, leaving me devastated and feeling cheated.

If you ask for doctor's appointment, The assistants, the Kenton clinic branch will tell you that, you cannot get doctors appointment for next 8 weeks or will tell you that Doctor Shoib Mir is on Holiday in Morocco or in Spain and will not be available.

Dr. Shoib Mir, who seemed to be the head of the clinic and the Doctor who did my surgery, was virtually unreachable. His staff was incredibly unhelpful, consistently making excuses and refusing to schedule appointments. Even as a patient, I was treated with disregard and disrespect.

I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am with the services provided by this clinic. My experience has been a nightmare, and I hope others can learn from my mistake. I do not recommend this Kenton branch clinic at all. Please avoid this clinic at all costs especially with Doctor Shoib Mir and his Assistants please.

It is now been almost one year since my HT, and I regret having to write a negative review.

First of all, I want to clarify that I am giving 1 star not as a substitute for a 0-star review. 1 star means that there have been some improvements, but way less than expected, and with some big downsides.

I was promised full density in the front, and less in the crown. However, density is quite poor in both areas. The worst is the frontline, where in some areas density is particularly poor.

The biggest problem is the design of the hairline. This is very poor. The line is too straight and appears clearly fake. Plus, for some strange reason, less grafts were implanted in the middle part. So, I have more density on the two sides and less in the centre. This is clear also from the post-op images, so it was clearly a design problem.

In addition to this, there was a huge mistake that I would have never expected in 2023: the front hairline was implanted with mainly multi follicles grafts, which is an amateur mistake! What I have learnt - sadly too late - is that the front hairline should be made of one-hair follicles and soft hair, to make it look more natural. However, this wasn't done.

This is clearly noticeable by people, and in a way it has made me even more self conscious than before the intervention, which is the opposite of what I paid for.

I had to see a trichologist, who told me that a natural hairline has soft singles only, as doubles in the hairline makes it look like doll hair and stand out as a transplant; and that the techs should have sorted my grafts under a microscope, but my hairline has lots of doubles. They said that I will now need a repair to fix this.

What this means is that I will now have to book a hair transplant restoration to fix everything.

Furthermore, under strong light, it also appears that I have developed some degree of cobblestoning, which further contributes to the doll effect.

With regards to the positive aspects, the advisor and doctor were nice and friendly. However, communication in general was not great. The clinic has never - and I mean not once - answered the phone or replied to any of my emails. The advisor was very supportive and communicative, but communication became much more inconsistent following the surgery, and they did never get back to me after the last email regarding some of the issues encountered. After the surgery, I had to chase them up for weeks to get written information such as number of grafted, hair follicles, etc., but this information was not shared with an official document on headed paper from the doctor, but by emails which looked and sounded quite improvised, informal and lacking information.

For example, they didn't share with me how many grafts were extracted, but only how many were implanted (some grafts can be damaged and lost). Which leads to another issue, as my donor area looks overharvested, with extraction grafts not following a pattern, hence leaving uneven visible patches with different density. This forces me to keep my hair longer to cover up, and it also concerns me because it might affect the possibility of having other interventions in the future. I bled quite a lot during the surgery, so now I am wondering if the size of the needle punch or the ability of the technician might have damaged surrounding grafts, causing permanent shock loss.

To summarise, some positives but mainly negatives, which makes this a very negative experience overall.
