I went there for FUE hair transplant seeing qualified doctors will be doing the surgery but it was not true. Surgery was performed by the unprofessional staff. Making the surgery unprofessional, painful, uncomfortable & INFECTION RISKS.
They told me 3000 grafts but transplant was only done on the side forehead & top back of head- thinly done, nothing done on the middle. Bed was dusty, dirty hair cutting machine & rooms. I am not sure other equipment were clean or Not!! Most of staff members trying to be over smart. Totally unprofessional staffs. INFECTION RISK is highly there. Staffs coming in & out, every one on the top of head talking, topping up the implants. Totally unprofessional. Most of good reviews are fake here.
Do not visit seeing those good reviews.

Dr.Alosert - everything happened to plan was treated very well. They told exactly what was happening. Surgery was quicker than I expected and especially since I had little naps in between as I was quite relaxed.

Day 2 some itchiness but no real pain but strangely I had limited head rotation and now I can look over my left and right shoulder. Not been able to do this since I had wip lash - had a successful to date hair transplant and fixed my neck too. What a result!!!!👍

This is day after my surgery, so I will only be making comments on what happened on the day. I will post an update in a few months time when my hair hopefully grows.

Upon arrival you’re asked to checkin and pay the balance, as well as complete a lunch request form, this is only a meal deal and nothing special. However, I will point out that I wasn’t given everything on the form, nor given adequate to eat it in the afternoon.

You’re taken into your survey room to complete a general pre-op questionnaire and for a few signatures. I’d advise everyone to read what you’re signing, as the assistants do just give you the signature box without explaining. However, there was nothing unheard of within what I was signing.

I met with Dr Alosert, who discussed the hairline I wanted, how many grafts/hairs, and how the procedure would go, and how to maintain my current hair going forward. Very knowledgeable and I learnt a lot on how to manage and maintain my hair going forward.

The assistants take care of removing the hairs and re implanting them, whilst the Dr is responsible for the incisions.

The reason I marked this 3/5 is because it wasn’t the most welcoming environment. None of the assistants would address you by your name, some of them were also quite rude - forgetting that I’m the patient paying, it was all about ensuring they were comfortable standing for a couple hours, opposed to me who’s neck had seized up and was in agony due to the position you’re placed in. To top it all off, and that was the difference between 3-4 stars, is that one of the assistants was chewing gum in my ear whilst inserting the grafts. If this hadn’t of happened I’d of been happy to give 4 star.

Overall, it’s value for money. However, don’t have high expectations with their hospitality.

Very kind staff all day. Dr alosert made a great design and can’t wait to see the results. Will recommend to anyone who’s thinking about transplant in future.

The hospitality I received here at the Hair Growth Clinic was incredible. Everyone here who operated on me were very nice and supportive throughout the whole procedure. They were able to deliver the results exactly as I wanted them to. I would definitely recommend people to visit here for their potential surgery in the future.

Had my hair transplant today with dr alosert, and his team Stephan, junais and anees, a great experience all round. I was nervous at first about the local anaesthetic , but it wasn’t no where near as bad as I thought it would be. The team worked hard all day to achieve the hairline I wanted. It was pretty much a pain free procedure the worst part was the local anaesthetic and even that wasn’t bad. Would highly recommend this clinic and I look forward to seeing my results.
