Beautiful piece that is showcased in the entry of our home. This was a first anniversary gift for my husband (paper year). We got married in 2020 and started building a house a month later… so a great way to celebrate the hectic, but fun first year.

The quality was really not that great
The quality was really not that great. Very cheap. Then I ordered a gram for our item, it was $40 for 2 thin pieces of wood with some magnets on it…likely a $2 expense. My honest opinion, very overpriced for really cheap products.

The print I ordered was damaged when it was received. Completely smashed and crinkled. I tried contacting My Happy Place in multiple different ways to get it replaced and have received zero response. I will not order from here again.
EDIT: My Happy Place responded to me and immediately printed and resent a new print. It arrived unharmed and in great shape. I was happy that they took care of the issue and was very apologetic about their lack of response.

Late delivery, not reliable, poor customer service, poor value
Delivery was 5 days later than communicated. No proactive communication was offered. No one should trust ship date information. No one should expect a quick reply to issues
Poor customer service feedback. No reply made on messenger system even though it mentioned a reply usually in 6 hours. Emails sent to customer service took days for reply. No customer service phone number available.
Item was acceptable, but poor value for what was provided.

Poor Communication
The communication on an unavailable frame was extremely lacking. I received one email, I know I gave my phone number for contact. During the week I'm so focused on work that I don't get the chance to check my personal email. That delayed the order and it arrived after my actual anniversary. Not exactly the best. Not even sure why I was able to order an unavailable item in the first place...

I'm very sorry to hear that your items arrived late for your anniversary. As you said yourself, we tried to reach you via email multiple times but didn't get a response from you. The frame you ordered was out of stock and due to a technical error you were able to still buy it. This was a one-time incident and we're sorry that it happened. We will of course send you a discount for your next order.
