Why I purchase another hosting plan from MyHost
I purchased web hosting for my granddaughter who is taking up a teaching position in China and wanted a blogging website.
My own 100% positive experience with MyHost for my own website (highlighted by previously having hosting with an overseas company) was enough for me to confidentially choose another hosting plan for her which is my going away/Christmas present for her.
I will help with any tech support but its really comfortable to know what an awesome support service MyHost provides.

The onboarding email is a big plus…
The onboarding email convinced me I had made the right decision with myhost. It informs clearly what you need to know to switch web host providers. Their online knowledgebase is equally able to solve any issues you strike.

Lots of problems but finally getting some results. MyHost very good in following up issues. We seem to have paid for something we were not receiving but MyHost happy to refund. Very good response.
