Down 10lbs in 5 weeks and feel so much better :)
After being turned down from a couple of other different companies who offer GLP1's, I turned to Juniper and was approved. I was thin and athletic my whole life and then, along came menopause. I was putting on 5-7 lbs every few years and the weight I had been since high school, suddenly became 30lbs more. I am now 5 weeks into my treatment plan and down 10lbs. TY JUNIPER!!

Will stop responding if you want to get out of the app
I have been trying to download or get my reception transferred to my preferred pharmacy. As soon as I requested this they have stopped responding to me on time and I only get one reply a day. The keep taking me in circles and delaying this process. I am so annoyed right now !! They make it really hard to get out of the app/service( which confirms another review I had read elsewhere about someone else trying to do the same)

All online human interactions were superb. All deliveries arrived on time and were easily changed when I requested to move the delivery date. The only issues I have had so far is Juniper App glitches. They are minor and I have yet to report them. Although because I am paying for access I deducted one star from my review. I would expect the isssues to be fixed once I report them ofcourse.

I have a great coach... i have a lot of people behind me when i had a problem
or question i just emailed and i get a response. There so supportive and easy and non judgemental. i like how you down load app then u can see everything... long your meals talk to your coach and it even lets you log when u take your shot . i was so impressed and it making do my best because of it

The reason for cancelling my program had to do with the way Ozempic made me feel. The side effects were way too severe. I want to thank you for your incouragement. Hopefully I will give it another try at another time.
