I highly recommend this wonderful shop. The customer service is incredible! I ordered around 8AM and it was delivered by around 5pm on the same day ( I was expecting 2 working days)
The mangoes are such high quality and great value. I spoke to Jasmine on the phone. She was really attentive, kind and very helpful, as was the kind delivery gentleman. I look forward to ordering again very soon.

Communication
Placed order on Thursday for a Sunday delivery, but no communication about delivery for till Monday.Called them 4 times for an update on delivery time and they had no update about delivery time till 4 pm on Monday.
Eventually delivered the order on Monday at 9PM.

We do not have delivery on Sunday and as communicated to you the staff were extremely busy sorting out the Ugadi festival orders. As promised, each and every order was successfully delivered on Monday as we cannot disappoint our customers.
The regular delivery is in the evening after 4:pm and we send a text message to the customers about the delivery time slot. We apologise for the late deliver on Monday and this was due to to the festival rush. Please understand and support us. Thank you

*Update: Thank you so much! I've ordered from GoodOFood again since my first review and wanted to update it. They were good on the extra packet of garlic, and like last time, called and emailed to make sure I received my order okay. Customer service here is very responsive and fantastic, and I really appreciate how much they care about their customers. I will be ordering from them regularly from now on!
I first ordered peeled garlic from goodofood through Amazon, and like other reviews on here, it was very well packaged, and I was happy the garlic was vacuum sealed so it arrived fresh and had a longer shelf life. I decided to order directly from their website this time, and sadly the experience wasn't as great.
Because of the shipping fee, I decided to order 5 bags of peeled garlic, knowing they'd be vacuum sealed so I wouldn't have to go through so much garlic at once. My order was delayed, so I emailed them to inquire. Customer service was responsive and quick, and let me know the reason for the delay, and that it would arrive by this Wednesday (April 10). I was chuffed to receive it today, but unfortunately, 2 out of the 5 bags of garlic that were supposed to be vacuum sealed had air in the bags. They were already starting to go bad, so I quickly had to chop some up and use them for a recipe. The other 3 were fine, luckily.
As these are a kilo per bag, I now have to quickly use up 2 kilos of garlic as they were already going bad when I received them today. I don't know how air got in, or what happened to them, as the other three were still vacuum sealed, but I hope in the future they improve with packaging and shipping.
