STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP AT ANY COST, THE WEIGHT ON THE LOOSE ONION WAS LESS BUT THEY REFUNDED THE DIFFERENCE. EXPIRED PRODUCTS OR ONLY 2 MONTHS BEST BEFORE THE DATE TO EXPIRY. 10KG RICE IS LIKE RUBBER NEEDS TO BE SOAKED IN WATER FOR AT LEAST 1 HOUR BEFORE BOILING AND DRAINING TO GET THE BEST RESULT.

Please note that whilst we strive hard to ensure availability of the perishables, it is very much dependant on our suppliers and freshness. If we cannot supply you with a quality product a refund will be processed automatically.
Every year in the UK over 7 million tonnes of food is thrown away, many which are past its BBD but would still be perfectly good to eat. We want to do our bit to reduce food wastage. The product title clearly mentions the BBD and our customers are at complete liberty to make their shopping choices.
We have noted the feedback regarding the rice and the supplier will be notified regarding this. Thank you.

I wasn’t aware that best before use products were sold n hence on discount. I wouldn’t probably want to see that or buy that. Also, one of the items was missing and was notified to the team, however no action so far.
