Hi Rahul, thank you for your order with goodofood.com. The order was dispatched on 18/9 and the DHL website confirms that the parcel was delivered on 19/9 to the reception of the given address. We have not got any mail enquiry regarding this order and we had left a voice note on the given number during the feedback call.
The order can also be easily tracked on the DHL website as the customer is notified immediately after the parcel is collected and the customer is also give the 1 hour delivery time slot.

Efficient friendly service, good products
I’ve used them several times. They have a good range of Indian food products. I don’t order fresh foods though.
Very efficient with delivery. Inform you by text as to delivery times. And follow up with a phone call to make sure you got what you ordered. Highly recommend them.

The courier update was informed to you by mail and the order was delivered on the 23rd. The delivery information along with the image was also communicated by mail.
Our courier partner updates the customers about the parcel from the time of collection and also gives a 1hour delivery time slot. The parcel can be easily tracked on thier website. Thank you
Very poor experienced
Accepted my order for tea bags took the cost , DHL told me waiting for package, then 2 days later I was told no longer in stock and I would be refunded. Checked web site and tea bags had doubled in price
