Boiler installation
Mark did a fantastic job installing our boiler, as well as coming back a few weeks later to fix a slight issue with the radiator. He has a great ability to explain complex terms, simply. He is a pleasure to deal with.

Mark is my engineer for years now and at all times I found him to be very professional, reliable, transparent with good communication skills and detailed on his explanations. Highly recommended.

Could be better
Not a great experience. They replaced a radiator, which was ok, but left me with another drip from another radiator they had drained. Had to message a few times to get him to come and look at the drip. They said they would have to charge to fix drip they created. I said no thanks. Subsequently used another plumber to fit another radiator, no drips, no problems.
Edit: yes Mark, definitely your company, got the text messages to back up my review.
Edit 2: Yes Mark, definitely you, definitely your company. Happy to post screen shots of our conversations if you want. Work was on the spring this year in battersea. Update as ‘friendliness’ is subjective.

Hi Tim. Sorry to hear this but I still think you’re mistaken. When was this work done? I am a sole trader who has been working locally for 20 years. I have never, not once, been ‘unfriendly’ to any of my customers and if there was an issue I am more reasonable than most in rectifying so please can you check your details again. The only job I can think this could possibly be regarding was over a year ago so for me to respond properly can you please give me area and approx date you say this was carried out? Thankyou

I had a great experience, very grateful!
I had a great experience - i was in a panic as my hot water had stopped working! So I stopped ‘Mylocalplumber’ up the road - he came and fixed the problem -once he’d finished the job he was doing! No fuss - quickly and efficiently! I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
