0 stars if I could give them. Had a problem with the pop up sink plug. Couldn’t empty the basin. Had to get it fixed as I had guests coming for Easter. Was told someone would be there the same day. Had a call about 4 saying it would have to be next day. Charged £189 and all the plumber did was look at a few pipes. Sprayed WD 40 or similar. He didn’t change the faulty part Same problem within 4 weeks. They said id have to pay again the same price plus the parts!! I refused and they got quite rude So that would be nearly £320 for the job to fit a new plug you can get from screwfix for a fiver. Unfortunately I had to pay the £189 as my partner had been rushed into hospital that evening This company is a total rip off. Avoid at all costs. I wish I had 🤬🤬🤬. Absolutely no costumer service at all.

Please don't use this company. We ended up spending over 500 pounds to essentially change a waste pipe and plumb a sink in after calling them to fix a leak. The tap (new and in perfect working order) was broken in the process, we woke up to a leak far worse than we started with and a large part of the 3 hours we paid for was spent on the plumber shopping for parts at B&Q - when I was going there myself and could have bought them. He was perfectly pleasant and worked hard but by his own admission not qualified and with the problems we were left with felt very ripped off by this company.
Most disappointingly, the company asked me to complete a review the following day, which I did but they haven't seen fit to reach out and resolve any issues.
There are plenty of really reputable plumbers in the area that I've since discovered so please look elsewhere and save yourself a lot of money.

Plumber arrived earlier than estimated which was really great news.
Found the source of the problem and fixed in under an hour. Excellent job. 5 stars from start to finish!

Replace sink taps in kitchen and bathroom.

Had to pay £150 deposit which I was told would be deducted from my final bill, which was £499.76. It was not deducted. I phoned the company and was told that they had my signature to accept this and there was nothing I could do. Almost £500 is a total rip off for the work carried out!

The plumber explained all the options and costs fully allowing me to make my decision after knowing all the facts.I was not rushed into making my decision. The plumber had called ahead to explain that he was delayed at his previous job but gave a revised arrival time.

Really friendly, and the job he did, which seemed impossible in such an awkward place, was done very well

My problem was obscure but the plummer soon sorted it out. He was friendly and explained everything he was doing as he went along. He also cleared up before he left. I won't hesitate to call this firm if I need a plummer in the future. I can certainly recommend them. .

Call today and explained what I needed doing regarding plumbing. Was told someone would be out between 5pm-6pm... In the meantime time someone contacted me to ask for a photo of pipe work. Once I sent... I had a reply saying, sorry not something I would do. I replied saying... Then will you send someone who can, no reply.... I did mention at the beginning to company what was needed doing, so why try and send someone who wouldn't do what's asked for.... To little job, so they were not interested

Our mixer tap in the kitchen was dripping so stupidly I now realise I chose a firm that said no call out charge . The plumber arrived earlier than expected which was good but then dropped the bombshell of the £82 half hourly rate which is really £164 ! Within 10 mins he said we needed a whole new tap which would be £120 . I asked if he could get one cheaper. He said he would get a new tap and then proceeded to take 36 mins to get the tap ( both b&q , wickes , screw fix are less than 5 mins drive from our house ) by the time this was then fitted and he then spent at least 8 mins sitting in his van waiting for it to be water tested ! I was then presented with a bill for £495 which included the £82 tap and VAT . I was horrified and furious as I said he was only here for less than 1 1/2 hours but we were still charged 2 hours . Please do not get ripped off by these people . The tap works but I feel it should be gold plated for that price !

Avoid at all cost! These cowboys are scammers! Supposed to be a same day service but cancelled for three days running with the same excuse (running late) they end up charging a ridiculous half hourly rate that you can get done for less than half the price in the same timeframe elsewhere. Believe me, go elsewhere to a local trusted plumber and avoid getting scammed.

I would recommend your company to someone else to get their jobs done. Thank you for again for doing that job. For me.

royally ripped off, see previous review, two year guarantee offered ,one day after sink fitted leaking badly ,called office to advise 9 times put on hold 9 times. there clearly is no intention to help or resolve the issue , I have been left with a huge bill and a leak . as there is clearly no effort on there part I will resolve this through The consumers complaints department This company are an irresponsible poorly led bunch of scammers beware,,,, extremely high costs very poor communication they are more interested in ripping people off than offering a fair and professional service they should be ashamed .
