Beautiful bracelet, great customer service
My bracelet broke only after wearing it a few days/ I sent pictures and within 24 hours of my email and the pictures of the broken bracelet a replacement is being sent to me. I’m totally happy with this company. The bracelet was beautiful and I’m sure it was just a fluke that it broke, but they replaced it with no questions asked -such a great merchant !! I will definitely buy from them again. The customer service was impeccable.

Customer Service!
I ordered two tennis bracelets and loved them both. Unfortunately, one broke after just more than two weeks of wearing. I was so bummed! I emailed customer service and provided a few pictures of the broken bracelet. I received a reply within 24 hours telling me it was 100% clear the bracelet had broken in the middle and nothing else was needed from me. They clarified which of the two bracelets it was and after I let them know I was told a replacement was on the way. Great, fast customer service ☺️

Beautiful Product and Terrific Customer Service
I purchased multiple classic tennis bracelets. In silver and in gold. Each is just beautiful. I ran into trouble with one bracelet and emailed customer service. They replied quickly and were responsive. I'm very happy with both the product and the service. Definitely recommend.

I Am Very Impressed with the company My Love My Treasure
I purchased the Miami tennis bracelet and stud earrings from this company, both are absolutely gorgeous! Unfortunately, there was a small issue with the bracelet and I had to reach out to customer support. Things happen and I totally understand that. Almost immediately after I emailed the company I received a response. They requested I send a quick video to them and they then immediately resolved the issue. I know this is a small company and I was totally impressed by the amazing support I received. I can attest to the fact that not only are the products quality products and beautiful, I was truly impressed by how quickly they responded and resolved the problem. Their professionalism, kindness, and commitment to customer satisfaction turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a very positive one.
