Jewelry well made. Looks like the real thing. Pictures do not do it justice. More beautiful in person.

I originally ordered the 6CT b/c I did not see the 10CT option. I was able to reach customer service and they helped me return the 6ct and I then ordered the 10ct.
I am very happy with my purchase and I would love to get a yellow gold ring if you ever have them.

The customer service is amazing....you really don't know what to expect when you see ads on Facebook ,,but i took a chance with this company because the bracelet looked beautiful...I had trouble on my end with the post office...This company was so easy to contact...and got back to me right away...and have sent a replacement to me, Thank you so much.

I bought some jewelry from this website, my love my treasure. The workmanship on the bracelets do not match what you see online. The claps are so weak and light that the bracelets and necklaces don’t close properly. The material is a plastic kind of metal. I cannot wear any of the items without them falling off within minutes. Also, I’ve had many problems with customer service trying to return the items and get my money back. Their customer service is terrible. I do not recommend this company since both the quality of the items and the customer service are problematic. Stay away from this company!
Hi Sasha, thank you for your prompt reply. I do not want another piece of broken jewelry. I want my money back. This is the problem. I’m having with customer service. They want to provide me a replacement when I just want my money back. There are many jewelry companies out there who offer better quality, and better service and easier return policy.

I would like to say that their customer service is excellent. I ordered a bracelet and when I received it and put it on, it was defective. I let them know and I sent a picture and video to show them what was wrong. they immediately said that they would send me another bracelet free of charge and they did.
I received it and this one works great and is a beautiful bracelet. I highly commend their customer service department.

Obviously we all know for the price the stones are not real, however not only do they look real, so far they are continuing to look the same as day one. I have had many compliments on the necklace, as long as it continues to look good I will continue to be very happy. Also the communication from the company was on point and shipping was fast.

They will not honor what their website claimed about returns. The jewelry looks very artificial for the cost so I tried to return (bracelet and earrings) and they refused saying “just changing my mind “ is not a valid excuse for a refund even though their website said otherwise. After contacting support several times they “changed” the website. On the date of my purchase the website return policy stated 100% returnable if you are not satisfied no questions asked, but when i tried to return they asked why i wanted to return, i said the items looked very artificial for the price and they said that is not a valid reason for a return and they will not honor a return. After a few back and forths w support they offered me an exchange for other products?!?!?! NOT ok, bait and switch!!! False advertising!!

I had a stone fall out of my bracelet and the customer service representative,Jenalee was very quick to respond with a replacement bracelet. The whole experience was excellent.
