Prompt, polite and helpful
I had been unable to access a platform giving me more information about my pension contributions. Sandra was incredibly prompt, polite and helpful meaning that something I hadn't been able to do was achieved very swiftly following her advice.

The person who answered the phone was calm, friendly and talked plainly so I could understand and then patiently talked me through what I needed to know.
