I had my initial diagnosis of ADHD from Dr Haider last year and had a superb experience with the entire team, Belle, Dr Haider and Adam were excellent.

This time I needed to change medications and I spoke with Dr Haider who was always brilliant and helped me with my issue; Belle was absolutely instrumental in so many ways in making this clinic being among the best customer service experience I have ever had. Every query I sent was responded to quickly and conscientiously and just from a logistical point of view, everything has exceeded any expectations I had.

My partner and I work in healthcare and we're both very impressed with MyPace and I would recommend this clinic to anyone. My only suggestion for improvement would be more non-pharmacological treatment resources being made accessible to patients as I think this is important and hard to find practical advice in managing ADHD alongside medication.

If you are researching clinics at the moment and deciding where to go, please do consider MyPace at the forefront. I cannot rate the service and care I've experienced with Belle B and Dr Haider highly enough.

Horrific Service. Doctor frequently yawned in my assessment and it has been 4 weeks since my meeting and I still have not received my report despite being promised it by 2 separate dates.

My particular therapist from this time and last was incredibly helpful and understanding which is why I have remained with MyPace. The cost of the 6 month reviews are very difficult tho as long term this is expensive and becoming unmanageable so I'll likely have to leave soon and I am unsure how this will affect me and my shared care.

The experience regarding the clinical diagnosis that I received, and how the process was facilitated, was done in such a diligent and professional manner that I would recommend Mypace to anyone that is of need of a consultation.

Asked for advice re appointment type, booked and paid for it, but the consultant said the wrong appointment type had been booked. He advised Mypace would be in touch to rebook but I’ve heard nothing and had no response to my phone calls and emails. No refund either.

Doctor was really efficient and thoughtful.

MyPace was great. I have been looking around for a long time for a private company to get an ADHD assessment.

I contacted their number to get some more information and spoke with Rosie. She was fantastic. She talked through everything with me and sent a follow up email with all of the information as well. She wasn’t pushy either, explained to book if I want and when I am ready, no pressure but informative about the process. This made me feel very comfortable going forward.

I booked online which was easy enough. If you are going an assessment please bear in mind that there are forms to fill in beforehand. I was lucky and I was in focus mode when I booked so I managed to get them done and had already pre arranged for someone else to fill in the one for someone who knows you. This needs to be done at least 24 hours before. So you can see appointments within a few days but make sure you can get them done otherwise they can’t do the appointment. I’m not sure what the process is there as I did them but I was warned of this.

Once you’ve booked you get an email explaining how it will work and then a link to all the questionnaires to fill in. These are all online.

On the day about half an hour before you also get another email with the link to join the video call. There are a few connection tests to do beforehand so make sure you join a bit earlier than your time.

My assessment was also very good. I went with Dr Haider. She was great. She introduced herself and then explained how the appointment would work. She listened throughout and let me take my time if I needed to have some thought to answer a question. Everything after the appointment was also explained really well to me.

I would definitely recommend MyPace to others, and have. Especially with waiting lists so long in private and public healthcare. It can be a difficult field to navigate as there are so many options but I am comfortable and really pleased with my decision to choose them.

Thorough and comprehensive forms, great and fast email communications. The more in depth you are in the forms the better. Video consultations are simple to set up and very professional, detailed and thorough. Under a month from diagnosis to titration.

After being told the wait time to be diagnosed by the NHS was upwards of 3 years, I decided to book a diagnosis assessment with Dr Sanju George using MyPace. When I tell you this is the best decision I have made in years, I am not exaggerating.

I had to complete extensive detailed paperwork before the consultation, and the consultation itself was very thorough. Dr Sanju was patient, he listened and he was very pleasant. After being diagnosed with mixed ADHD, a report was sent to me and my Dr.

I decided to start stimulant treatment and the process was very simple. I am day 1 on my medicine today and if someone told me a month ago I would be finally diagnosed, let alone medicated, I would never have believed it possible.

There are countless websites that offer ADHD assessments, but the reason I chose MyPace was because it was important for me to be diagnosed by a psychiatrist and not a psychologist or mental health nurse. My Dr accepted the diagnosis only because it was done by a psychiatrist. My only regret is not finding out about MyPace sooner.

I wish to thank Belle for your patience when answering my many emails, and I hope not to bother you too much in the future!
