Long Wait for Report

It has been over 3 weeks since my ADHD diagnostic assessment appointment (16 working days). Despite their guarantee of receiving your report within 10 working days, I have received zero communication regarding my appointment from MyPace since the day of my appointment. I reached out a week ago letting them know that I still hadn't received my report and they told me that it would be with me asap, yet it has been a week since then and still no follow up.

As for the actual appointment, it was great and the doctor was lovely.

The service is always good for…

The service is always good for appointments but prescriptions are slow to process which means you have a lot of waiting around before it’s done sometimes leaving you with lour medication. Even if you leave at least a week.

We recommend allowing the advised processing time to help avoid any gaps in medication, therefore ordering when you have around 10 days supply left (and being mindful of bank holidays!).

Misogyny, no empathy and gaslighting

I have never received so much medical gaslighting and misogyny from a Dr! The Dr I spoke to refused to allow me to speak because I was crying. He said I was unreasonable and too emotional.

I booked my assessment not really knowing what the process looked like. It was really thorough and although I worried an hour wouldn't be long enough to formally diagnose ADHD we covered so much in that time.

ADHD FOLLOW SESSION…

I recently had a follow-up appointment with Adam for my ADHD treatment, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Adam was excellent throughout the session—he was attentive, knowledgeable, and really took the time to listen to my concerns. He provided clear guidance and actionable advice, making sure I felt supported in managing my ADHD. His professionalism and understanding created a comfortable environment, and I left the session feeling more confident in my treatment plan. I highly recommend Adam to anyone seeking compassionate and expert ADHD care!

We are sorry you feel this way. As you are on a Shared Care Agreement it is imperative for you to attend your Six Month Reviews with us to maintain specialist oversight, as your GP cannot provide this. Without attendance of the Six Month Review we would not be able to inform your GP that it is safe for them to continue to prescribe your medication as per the tripartite agreement.

Admin side very slow, it didn't take a long time to get an appointment, but after a week I still haven't received the report.

support replies are not reliable.

Contact is inconsistent. support responses are delayed, unhelpful and often unrelated to your query - it is ok if it works but when it doesn't forget about getting a helpful reply. Long delays in prescription turnaround and charged double for half dosage prescriptions written. Months pass trying to speak to someone - the contact team are deliberately obtuse.
systems are not good for the client or organised well and issues are ignored - expensive given the service Ive seen. Trialled for over 2 years - I would go elsewhere.

Great help in my ADHD journey

MyPace has been a convenient way to progress on my ADHD assessment journey.

Been doing assessment + titration and prescription with them for few months now.

The Doctor for the assessment was fantastic.
Another doctor for the treatment consultation was meh... Not the best in explaining and advising but ok.

The support is also fantastic, especially Rosie!!

ADHD in general is hard to navigate, and the medication shortages make things extremely complicated, but MyPace has provided an impeccable service I can't fault that.
