My pay takes to long to receive
your money after you have paid them the full amount out of your check they only start off paying you $22 to $11at a time within 24hrs so basically it will take you almost 2weeks to get that $200 back I have bills to pay why can I have all the money at time so gave it 3 stars for not getting my full amount which I pay off every time I get paid not fair

Michelle Pace and the MyPay team looked after my pay role queries. I could call the team anytime during working hours and and leave voicemail and email. The team is very quick to respond back. I would definitely recommend MyPay for any future contracts.

Can't get money back. Paid for takeaway through foodhub, who use my pay and I never received my takeaway, bank can't give me my money back and my pay won't get back to me. Robbed me basically.

Highly recommend account / payroll company to use. Could not speak highly enough of the team especially Michelle. They always have time for you to through explain anything small or big and take their time until you have fully understand. Only downside is the timesheet is very complicated.

I worked with MyPay for 3 years and never had any problems with them. In fact, any time I needed help they were brilliant. I had to contact them on two occasions, once when I was overpaid and once to get my P45. Both times they were excellent, they made everything so easy and, as well as being extremely knowledgeable, they were very friendly.

MYPAY LIMITED/MYPAY DATMAN ON STATEMENTS!!!
I've never had experience with this company. The reason for the review is because of MYPAY/MYPAY DATMAN appearing on my bank statement.
I came to Google for answers too and initially thought it was this company. I read the 1 star reviews looking to see if others had the same issue, it soon became clear that they had. I read the replies from this company and once they added that it's generally from a takeaway business such as food hub or feed me. I went to check my last orders. Sure enough it was correct. Phew, no-one is taking money from me, it's just my fat butt ordering Chinese food and not recognising the payment name.
So people, go check your food orders and you will see the dates and amounts tally up, its not from this company or
MYPAY I hope you are able to somehow get this sorted for yourselves as I feel alot of people won't read my review and continue giving you 1 star! Good luck

Was scratching my head wondering who took money from my account , then realised it was a takeaway, folks calm doon and have a think if u had a pizza.
Forgot to say it was food hub I ordered through.

I have just noticed a payment taken from my bank saying my pay limited but it was from a takeaway,IT USUALLY SAYS DATMAN.but has recently changed and it is NOT THE COMPANY MY PAY LTD.,im wring this review just to let people know as i googled it and thought i was being scammed but after reading these reviews i realised what it actually was.

Thieving pigs! A random payment of £15.97. How do you have my bank details?! I had to block my current debit card and change my account number just to stop you of charging me random amounts. What for?!
