I spoke with a financial adviser and told him what I would like to do. He gave me somethings to think about and time to go over our conversation. Emailed through different annuity quotes and took time to ensure that my requirements were met and I understood everything.
I was allocated a specific person for my account. It was good to have a point of contact via phone, email or, their App.
I had a few issues around my pension pots and My Pension Expert were on the ball with speaking to the companies involved.
I am extremely grateful for the assistance they provided me. The fee for the work was reasonable.

Financial guidance made simple!

I used My Pension Expert 8 years ago when I first started my private pension. It was a very worrying time when hearing of all the scams going around and people losing their life long savings. Having found MPE and talked with the financial advisor supplied I was immediately at ease with the process.
I can’t thank the team enough for the professional service I was given and now after my chosen first 8 year term I have used MPE again for my next term.

Not impressed, when I took out the plan, I was told it was my money, and I could withdraw certain amounts as and when required.this is the first time we went to use it.I've now been told, I got to speak to a financial advisor which is a week away. After that, I might be able to withdraw my own money.

The team at my pension expert did all the hard work sorting and chasing my pension companies to bring them all into one pension, they kept me up to date with every step. The only thing I had to do was sign some paperwork, made my life a lot easier. They are a great team that look after you from the start and are always there when you need them, I know the charges may be a bit higher than some other companies but you get what you pay for as far as I’m concerned.
I highly recommend them if you are looking to combine multiple pensions or just pension advise you pay if you take their advice and proceed with them.
