My Pets Supply Avis 

Can only give 2 stars and they are for price and quick delivery. However the packaging was shocking, delivery arrived unexpectedly without notification or tracking, products inside were spilled into a bag which had split and, to top it all, the company have not bothered to respond to two emails which I have sent to advise. Even the DPD delivery driver was annoyed and said we needed to feed back about the untaped and overloaded boxes.
I won't be buying again even though the price was competitive - companies who don't communicate effectively dont get my vote. Buyer beware.

I ordered very easily what I wanted and the parcel arrived promptly. Would I use them again absolutely.

Rather slow initial dispatch but good communication after that.

No notification when to expect parcel. Neighbour found it at a holiday home 2 days earlier because company put wrong address on outside of parcel but correct address was inside on the receipt. Luckily the neighbour knew our name ! How could this company use the wrong address? It was 25 kg peanuts that we couldn't fetch up the hill. We're ill
and in our 80's . A neighbour who happened to see it said she'd bring it to us. I sent company an email. I received no reply. I will not be buying from this company again. Avoid!

Had to chase my order after reciving no updates after 5 days. Only to be told, item was still out of stock. May we suggest if an item is out of stock that you remove it from sale on your website. it saves a lot of time and disappointment in now having to find an alternative supplier. Our first and probably last time we shop with you unfortunately.

MY PETS SUPPLY is doing absolutely everything right from the ease of ordering to the contact provided confirming that the goods are being dispatched.
The packaging ensures that the contents are in perfect condition after being handled by couriers who are not always that careful and delivery is very prompt.
I will not hesitate to order further items in the future.

I am very disappointed I order 2 bags of chicken corn over a month ago and have not received it. I have emailed the company and there has been no reply. There is no telephone number to contact the company.

The peanuts were very good quality and were delivered quickly. Very pleased and will use this company again.

The product is excellent but the delivery was painfully slow with no response to my messages until i contacted Paypal . Then about three days later my parcel arrived via a DPD twenty four hour delivery . I had previously received about four requests to rate the service but not having received my order i waited . The point being My Pet Supply could contact me for the review but couldn't be bothered to respond to messages left on the contact us page . Poor

Both orders - never received notification that the parcel was out for delivery. So no tracking number given.
