My Pets Supply Avis 

Was a bit disappointed as the description on the shaving we bought showed two bales on the photograph but it was only 1 bale supplied. Seems good value for the 2 bales as per the photo but the actually amount received wasn't very good value at all compared to other places we have bought from.

Great to find a good petfood supplier, in this case hedgehog food with natural insect ingredients.

The food usually comes worth in a couple of days. The price is good compared to other suppliers and the quality is alway a high standard.

I never giver the full amount of stars as we can all do better!
It's a shame that I didn't read the contents properly of some of the food I bought as it was unsuitable for my cat. But all in all a good, well packed box delivered fairly quickly.

I was so pleased with the service, product and superfast delivery, but feel there could be some improvement on the packaging, as they arrived in their orginal box (No extra packaging) and the 1 box was split down the one side.

I ordered floating duck pellets which they seem to love. Great value for money and speedy delivery.

I was looking to buy more of my kitten's usual monthly supply of wet food, only to discover it had been discontinued by the manufacturer and my usual pet store was no longer stocking it.
I searched online and came across My Pets Supply, which was offering some of their leftover stock of said kitten food at a reduced rate. The online ordering process was quick, clear and easy and I was happy to be able to stock up with as much kitten food I needed for the next few months (as kitten will then switch to adult food).
The reason I'm not leaving 5 stars is because communication about delivery was not very good. I received an order confirmation email straight away, but I didn't get any form of information with regards to parcel tracking, despatch or delivery ETA. I downloaded the Shop app (as suggested on the My Pets Supply order page) but that didn't provide any further information at all, other than stating that the order had been received.
I waited 5 days before contacting customer service, which then informed me of the delivery ETA and offered an apology for the delay. The parcel didn't arrived until early the following week, which luckily wasn't an issue as I still had enough kitten food until we received more stock.
Happy to leave 4 stars tho as, overall, it was the best online deal I could find and I was able to stock up on the product I wanted for a really fair price and free delivery (as it was a large order).
