I am writing to express my disappointment with the aluminium prints I recently ordered from your company. These prints were intended for an upcoming exhibition, and I placed the order well in advance to ensure everything would be perfect.
Unfortunately, upon receiving the prints, I was shocked by the poor quality. Each print had several issues:
The corners of each print were crushed and not square.
The surface of the prints was not smooth as expected for aluminium prints; instead, they appeared to have a matte finish.
There were visible lines through some of the prints, which significantly affected the overall appearance.
I would like to emphasize that the packaging was intact and well-done, so the damage and quality issues seem to be related to the printing process itself.
Additionally, I attempted to go through the proper channels to file a complaint, but I encountered significant difficulties. The system repeatedly threw me out when I tried to upload photos and required me to click the “I’m not a robot” checkbox multiple times. Despite trying for over an hour, I was unable to successfully submit my complaint.
Given the importance of these prints for my exhibition, I request an immediate reprint of all the affected prints with the correct specifications: smooth aluminium finish without any lines or damage. Alternatively, I would appreciate a full refund.

Thoroughly impressed with the quality of the prints and really liked seeing the status of my order throughout the whole process.

Needed large artworks prints for a special birthday surprise. Canvas prints came back with white edges even though I selected a 'stretch' edge border as they come highly recommended on their website. Their website even shows how it would look with a 'stretch' edge when choosing that selection. It gets delivered and the canvas prints which are dark art prints have completely white edge borders. I email back for help as they say they are "passionate" about printing and they accuse me that the white edge border comes from my print data?!!! That's the whole point of a stretch border...you stretch it! Especially if the artwork is a dark image. Not only that, some of the white edge is on the front of the print so it looks like they can't even stretch the canvas or use a stapler properly. If you can't be bothered why go into the printing business?!!! You are not going to get very far in the small business world if you can't admit you and your staff get things wrong and offering up a discount but with "a limited time to respond" to coerced me to spend more money when I wouldn't have to talk to you and spend more money if you got it right in the first place!!!

Do not buy from this company horrible quality prints on the canvas my family photos where taken by a photography the print quality is horrible the pixels are blown out across 5 different pictures I went off the reviews thinking it looked good but I was wrong I don’t believe any positive feedback i have read after what I received shipping and delivery is just as bad no I lie is worse! Horrible system in place I would recommend anyone looking to use this company don’t bother it is cheap and nasty buyer beware it is not worth the disappointment

The framed canvass always look fantastic, and as they are of my color pencil drawings I am fussy. The colors are clear and vibrant, They are wrapped and packaged securely and are delivered promptly right to your door. Thank you.

The putting together of the pic was so easy and when I received it I was blown away on how good it looked. Thank you so much, my daughter will be wrapped getting this for her birthday.
