Vivian - Great service and fast communication to help with my changing of products for my order

I ordered this Spider-Man web shooter for my grandson. It arrived promptly and was of an extremely high quality. It has gone through endless hours of play and has not required a recharge. My grandson loves it, he sleeps with it next to his bed and it has featured in a kindergarten demonstration. It has become a most treasured item. Many mothers have asked for the link because their little ones are most envious.

The people whom have helped me especially Elsie, with an order that the wrong stock was sent. This company have been quick efficient and ever so helpful with rectifying the problem. Great customer service

I ordered a customised viewfinder with two reels. The total cost was around AUD $60. When it arrived, the reels were blurry and a couple of the photos had scratches on them. I notified the company and they recognised that this was not satisfactory. They told me the images were blurry because of the 'dreamy nostalgic effect of the classic film.' They then recommended that I pay more to upgrade to the 10X Ultra Clear 3D option and 'as a gesture of good will' they would give me a 10% discount on my next order. That would have been an okay response if the issue was truly my fault but I uploaded quality images and you could barely make out what they were on the reels. They were also scratches since they weren't packaged properly for international shipping. That's right, even though its is a .com.au sight, it's not Australian. To cut a long story short, there was more back and forth on the email and the last thing they offered was a refund of $13.18. I'll wait to see if they actually come through with this, even though it does not cover the cost of even the low quality reels.

I am very happy with my order. I uploaded two of my photos for a custom jigsaw puzzle. They arrived in perfect condition and in a timely manner. The build quality is tops and very solid and the boxes are well made and strong. The delivery service was prompt and the company let me know several times how my order was progressing.

Customer service has been most helpful with my enquiry regarding a missing item. Quick to respond.

The balloon arrived with the letters peeled off, it also started deflating the second it was blown up so was useless as unless I blow it up seconds before needed the gift will be flat by the time I give it to him. Lastly I paid extra too get it delivered faster and I don't believe it arrived any quicker as I even got messages saying it was delayed. Overall it was a complete waste of money and I've had to find another balloon locally.

Basically the same as others, the "blanket" is awful quaility nothing at all like the description. I saw the mixed reviews and decided to try it but that was a mistake, dont buy from here.

EDIT: Incase anyone is curious no they do not reach via email to resolve the issue.

Had a minor issue with my order which they were all to please to assist with and gave me some $$ back for the misunderstanding. Happy with how everything was handled from start to finish.

Don't buy the colouring blanket!!! Size is correct to the website description but looks NOTHING like the images or videos. Also the quality is crap and almost see through its so thin. The little bit of 'fluff' on the 'blanket' side is tacky and falls off after taking it out of the packet. I bought 2 different ones so its not like one was a mistake. Highly do not recommend these knock offs.

Do your self a favour & don’t buy anything from this store. I purchased a blanket & 24 markers but didn’t receive my markers. Customer service have told me that I will need to purchase the markers separately but my order clearly says “blanket & 24 markers”, the picture side of blanket is a nylon & not like my previous blankets purchased from same store. This store will rip you off & then tell you that it’s your fault. Quality of blanket is terrible & wouldn’t keep anybody warm in summer. I finally got my markers after contacting customer service & 6/24 markers don’t even work & the ones that do work don’t last long at all, it’s like they’re only half full of the colouring. I’d need about 5 packets of 24 markers to complete my low quality blanket (if u could call it a blanket). Overall rating is around 2/10 (1 =Terrible, 10 = Excellent)

My delivery came slightly damaged in the post. When I let them know, Grace and the team immediately offered a free replacement and I didn't even need to ship the damaged item back first!

If I could leave zero stars i would! First item posted was damaged form adhesive inside the bubble wrap and the replacement was covered in scratches still inside bubble wrap and the edges were extremely rough some sharp and no where near as neatly cut as the first one. Would not recommend I also had to pay for shipping in the replacement item even though it wasn’t my fault!!

One very happy customer here. After sending my order l had realised l had word my order wrong. I emailed the company to see if I could change my order. Even though it was in production they put it on hold and redid what l asked. As it was a birthday gift for my granddaughter l am so glad all worked out. Leeanne
