Fantastic experience, they really sorted me out and now I’m back on the medication which I would of waited ages for on the NHS. Once dispatched the medication arrived really quickly!

Repeat prescription and help
I have a repeat prescription with the Pharmacy and my orders are always delivered promptly. On this last order I had cause to raise a query with them and this was responded to immediately via their WhatsApp link and my issue sorted. Great service.

Update.
Next day delivery promised.
Cant do.
Misselling actually.
Also the meds have VERY SHORT DATE.
Learn to say sorry and improve service.
Dreadful.
Can't stick to their terms and have the cheek to argue with the customers instead of offering compensation.
Avoid.
They are clearly full of themselves and incapable of providing proper service as per agreed terms.
Putting customers at inconvenience is rude and arguing too.
Avoid that lot.
Also, have they not had diversity training,
they said like, quote, we are not a corner shop,
What is that meant to say? They put down corner shops that actually provide useful service?
You promise next day delivery =you do it.
Everyone is busy.
And interestingly enough I found the same item at a better price .... try to offload expiring stock now :D

Excellent Service
It was fast delivery. Unfortunately, the tablet caused me very severe side effects, but the pharmacisit rang and encouraged me to weigh up the benefits and advised me to take a quarter to build up my tolerance. (I suggest the same for anyone new to it). I feel very glad I've found a trustworthy place for prescriptions.

Excellent customer service on WhatsApp - by an actual person and not a bot! Answered my query in minutes and reassured as to what would happen with my order. This is a 100% percent genuine website and genuine people online who help if needed - not some automated service. Cannot fault. Order with confidence!

So pleased I came across this pharmacy following an internet search. I have been having great difficulty in purchasing Hiprex at pharmacies local to me. Service excellent from start to finish. Ordering very easy and tablets were cheaper too. Delivery within 48 hours as stated. I will definitely be using this pharmacy again. This has made life so much easier for me. Thank you.
