The best PM company

We hired Keshman Property Management last year and are very happy with this company. Joseph and his team are always responsive and are pros in their field. After meeting three PM agents, Joseph was the only one, who was truly professional and knowledgeable. I saw that this company would be the best to hire to manage our property. Over time I found out that Joseph has an excellent level of commitment and will promptly respond and handle any issue or need because that's the type of person that he is. They were fast in finding and placing tenants too. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to hire a PM company.

Joseph has been great as my property…

Joseph has been great as my property manager. He responds promptly with good communication, found a good renter for me quickly, and respects my requests and wishes but isn't afraid to give me his honest opinion. I highly recommend Joseph as a property manager.

Outstanding property management company

I've engaged Keshman Property Management for the management of two properties in Jacksonville, Florida, and another in Saint Augustine, Florida. Their overall service is exceptional, and, in my view, they stand out as the best property management company in the area. I'm consistently impressed by their hands-on approach and genuine care for my properties. Keshman is a top notch property management

I needed to look for another property manager and a friend highly recommended Keshman Property Management based on their good online reviews (Trustpilot, Google) so I am glad I chose Joseph to manage my rental in Jacksonville. Joseph made the transition very smooth to jump from one property manager to another. He was attentive, responsive, and honest with all my property concerns and quickly found reliable tenants. I have used other companies in Jacksonville, but Keshman is top notch and the best so far so I also recommended them to friends in the area.

Highly recommended

Very professional and articulate. They are up to date with the law and saved me from lots of issues on one of my properties.

I must also commend them for their effective communication and timely responses.

Keshman is a great property manager

Keshman is a great property management company. I rest assured he will handle any issues that may arise with tenants or the houses. He is knowledgeable about the market and he is very responsive and communicates effectively. He is my go to for all my Jacksonville properties.

I have 5 of my rental property managed by Keshman Property Management and they have been amazing. They are very thorough and diligent to keep the property well prepared for rent. They addressed all my concerns in a timely manner and always puts my mind at ease. Joe keeps himself updated on current laws and makes sure everything is done properly. He is also very honest with everyone he communicates with which I really appreciate. I’m so glad I found Joe and Keshman property management company.

Keshman Property Management- highly recommended

Ever since I started working with Keshman Property Management, everything with my properties have been going much smoother. When my townhome needed some upgrades before I sold it, they got it done quickly.. and helped me get top dollar for it. I have 3 properties with Keshman Property Management now and all have great tenants in them, monthly payments come in on time, and all service requests are worked beautifully and promptly. The Keshman Property team has made my life so much easier and best of all more profitable too! Giving me time and money to continue to build my portfolio of property investments.
