Ilayda helped me solve a complicated issue very quickly. I am used to waiting days for issues like this to be solved but she was speedy. She was also just very nice over the phone.

I was confused about why my employer's reference was pending on the website and hadn't been received. Ilayda from the support team got back to my email quickly, arranged a phone call, updated the email and ensured it was sent before ending the call. Super grateful for the swift help, as I was stressed over the application.

I did struggle to upload my documents…
I did struggle to upload my documents but after calling for support, Ilayda made the whole process a lot easier and definitely helped with the stress! I'm so glad that they were able to help me because I was very close to giving up! It's great for future property enquiries having everything already done and in one place.
