Wouldn’t even give a star
Wouldn’t even give a star, parked on Morrisons Ormskirk tried to pay as half an hour over my time, but ring app did not take payment said error. Received an email from then said they had nothing to do with parking and I would get a letter from the parking company! And had tried once to pay.. I tried 3 times to pay and tried to speak to a person but could only got through to the bot ( why everyone has to speak to a robot instead of a human I will never understand) No telephone number to ring. Why do Morrisons allow this to happen on their car park when you are spending money in store. Will not be shopping at Morrisons ever again. They have no respect for customers if this is the way they are treated.
Complete rubbish App and forced me to pay twice for parking
Complete rubbish App. I used it in a Council car park and at the end of the interaction, when I had clicked "pay now", I got a message back "An error has occurred". Hmm. So off I went to a machine and bought a paper ticket.
Some hours later I checked my emails and saw that Ring Go had processed my payment and started the parking session - so I had paid twice for the parking.
I contacted them requesting a refund but so far they are trying to dodge their responsibility.
Absolute waste of time - parking scam artists
Absolute waste of time - do not listen to real world circumstances and don't care if you are fined for their incompetence.
This app is complete rubbish
This app is rubbish. My businees paerner told me our premises alarm had ben triggered so I rushed down to see what had happened (we've been burgled twice and flooded out by Thames Water) So as you can imagine fighting morning rush hour traffic and feeling very stressed did'nt put me in a calm frame of mind. Amazingly I found a space outside our business three pay to park bays (£6.00 per hour!!!)I tried to park but the Ringo App told me my old card was expired and then wouldnt let me enter a new card. It just kept blanking whatever numbers I keyed in. So now I had to essentially risk getting a ticket (I live in Camden in London where we have swarms of private contractors giving out tickets like confetti so it was bound to happen) Strangely on the corner of where my business is, is their parking companys wardens office, so I rang the doorbell and got a complete moron who said he couldnt help in any way even though I showed him the app wasnt working he just didn't care (he was a supervisor too) Parking in London is just a scam by Councils and Private parking contractors to rip us off and make our lives a misery and Ringo adds to that misery every day.
If there was 0 stars I would give it…
If there was 0 stars I would give it that. Very possibly a scam. What a terrible app. We tried many times and with many different people to register for an account. We never got sent a verification code. Through email and SMS. We then called them to try to get it set up and it made us repeat information multiple times and when it got to the end it would make us restart. Without this we have had to pay multiple parking tickets of up to 60 dollars. Our group was very convinced that they make it impossible for us to use the app to force us to pay these ridiculous parking tickets. An absolute piece of crap app and company.
Very poor app and website
Unstable app and website makes buying parking impossible at times
Very confusing and hard to understand
Very confusing and hard to understand, I’ve been living 10 years at my house and can’t even sort visited permit. What a loads of rubbish company just scam for money
Not worth one star
Car park machine not working so was forced to use this terrible app
Ringgo charge was 40p more than the advertised price so absolutely disgraceful
I have been £10 instead of 1.50 for 1hr…
I have been £10 instead of 1.50 for 1hr and besides am happy paying £1.50 for the time I stayed however I only wanted to stay for 1 hr less then 1hr but I was charged £10 instead of £1.50 please refund me the rest.
Asha Haji
thank you.
I just got charge twice for the same…
I just got charge twice for the same parking session via the app and so I thought it would be as simple as going to the app and requesting a refund. They can see I have been charged for the same time period at the same location twice, so it should be easy to request a refund, it should be automatic. However I need to email my local council to request a refund because your app messed up. My local council are about as responsive as a dead badger.
More expensive and less time…
Not only it is more expensive than parking on street that they remove at least 10 seconds from each session

The Most Frustrating App ever!
The Most Frustrating App ever! Doesn't work!
When I have a visitor, I am going to need to attend to her or him, not spend ages hearing recorded I corrected messages on the phone because the app doesnt work. How frustrating is this.
App does not allow you to register or…
App does not allow you to register or log in. Useless.
Update
Update. Since appealing my parking fine in Chatham, have lost appeal. Therefore, have deleted the RingGo app and they can do one as I will never use them again.
Rubbish cust service what’s the point…
Rubbish cust service what’s the point of having cust service there isn’t any unless it’s something A child could do! The App is rubbish would not let me sign in and get parking had a week of useless cust service they did absolutely diddly squat for me bloody rubbish oh a s another thing either RingGo or the dodgy council reverted my number plate straight both RingGo And the council blamed each other and put me back into each other what a waste of my time! Ans money should all be gotten rid of !!
What do these people do for a job.
App just didn't work
App just didn't work. Tried multiple cards, no success. All were valid and had an available balance. Very frustrating, not the first time I've had this issue, had to call up.
Also feels like they are operating about 15 years in the past the way they debit way more money from your account than is necessary up front, and then refund the difference some time later, other companies manage this sort of thing successfully, like Forest, why can't RingGo?
Just parked in Torquay for around 1…
Just parked in Torquay for around 1 hour only to be charged £12.20 I get a message saying I’m parking till the following day which I wasn’t! I then try to stop this and get a message down the phone saying, I’m going to be charged an additional £11.00 for the call! Absolutely outrageous useless App which is obviously designed to rip people off! It needs shutting down!
App not fit
just experienced for the third time this month, a five pound parking charge not being stopped on the app, then costi g me £20.
Alternatively the payment doesnt fo through properly and i get a fine. Twice in the last 3 months i have touse the app with the loval authoritie, and Ring Go adds a new level of pressure.
I would give no stars if I could
I would give no stars if I could. This app sometimes doesn't work in places where Internet access is poor. The app charges for using it to park, as the parking cost has an additional admin charge portioned to it.
Finally, von Friday I parked my car in Tooting, which I could only do if I agreed to pay the full session cost £6.40 (even though I only wanted to park for 20 minutes) and then I had to stop the session and they have charged me another £1.22 (the actual cost of my session). Apparently I will get the £6.40 back after 7-10 days. This is if the company are actually honest and competent enough to do so.
I am outraged by this daylight robbery using my cash interest free for many days until Ringo decide to refund me back. How much money is this company making under this practice. Please provide this information under the Freedom of Information Act.
Terrible service
Terrible service. Over a month for partial refund on cancelled session.
I will go out of my way to park elsewhere in future.
