Great product- shame about the details that were missing and the fee.
Great product, except 2 of the end bits for the rail were missing.
Am also not pleased with a flat £10,shipping fee.

I asked clear questions about the type of material
I asked clear questions about the type of material these are made from, one response said these were aluminium. I asked again if these were aluminium or cast alloy, and a dimensional question about the fitting, never had a reply. I ordered because they were cheap, and you do generally get what you pay for, where in fact they appear a cheap cast alloy (not the same as aluminium).
Disappointing, but not the end of the world for me

We are so sorry for inconvenience. All our Tubing Accessories are available is Alloy Steel because they are used to hang the bulky clothes so as the Aluminium doesn't stands a heavy load so we don't do these in Aluminium. If you don't like the Product then we are open to return.

Expensive shipping cost but poor shipping service. No email when shipped. Days to process the order. Use Evri a cheap shipper. Still not got goods.

Ordered slatwall panels and hooks
Ordered slatwall panels and hooks, unfortunately the manufacturer of the panels sent the wrong panels, emailed late on Friday and got a reply Monday morning, all sorted quickly and efficiently and new panels delivered.
Would definitely use again, top service, makes a nice change when a supplier just puts the customer first.

Slow delivery for price paid
With delivery being £12 for a light weight package. I made the foolish assumption that it must be on a speedy delivery service.
However, I was wrong. It was sent via Evri (no problem) but to send it on their economy service which would have cost £2-3 I was a bit disappointed with.
