Wait time was 4-5 weeks and still have…

Wait time was 4-5 weeks and still have not received the desk as Yodel have been set to deliver since 12.08.2021 and on not updated, now on15.08.2021 and still no desk and no notice of when I might receive it. poor communication from both my smart desk and yodel

Love my new desk!

After 18 months of being in the dining room table, this is exactly what I’ve been waiting for. Great team…kept in touch through the whole process and an amazing product. Highly recommended!

Too long

Ordered on 5th July, they didn’t say I was Pre ordering
Didn’t respond to my email
I still don’t have my desk although it’s been shipped to me as yodel seem to be having difficulties
Yodel must be the worst delivery company out there.

Good desk but buttons are in the wrong place

Good desk but buttons are in the wrong place. The buttons are too close to where a right hander uses a computer mouse.

Very ergonomic, easy to use and very stylish

I bought this desk because of my change in role as I am now permanently home based so I wanted something that suited me better ergonomically; and it is nice and easy to use as well as it looks really stylish in the room.

Sturdy and Stylish.

Fantastic product. Stylish and sturdy. Love the glass top but only issue is you then need to use a mouse mat as I have a desktop. This can get in the way of the controls but I’ve purchased a stylish one that matches beautifully.

The desk came full of brown marks on it…

The desk came full of brown marks on it that couldn't be scrubbed off. Also was over three months late. I never write reviews but this service was just a joke so i had to share.

We apologise if the fact that the desks were a pre-order item and would not be delivered straight away was not clear. Due to the popularity of our first set of desks, we sold out of them quicker than anticipated, resulting in offering a pre-order for the next set of desks. Unfortunately the delivery of the second set was delayed, although we did send out updates to customers with details of when we were expecting them in to us.

I am sorry that your desk has arrived marked as this should not be the case. I cannot see that we have had any direct correspondence from you regarding this. If you would like to contact the Customer Support team with some images of the marks via info@mysmartdesks.co.uk, they will be more than happy to help you.

Any and all feedback is important to us so that we can look at how we can improve our products and service. Based on your feedback we will carefully consider how we offer any pre-order items in the future and how we keep our customers updated. We will also feeding back to the manufacturer about the markings that appeared on your desk.

Ordered some time ago pleased with the desk

Ordered some time ago and wasn't sure how long the wait would be when ordered (May). Updates from the company were good once a date for shipment got closer as was tracking etc. Desk so far easy to build, feels very stable at height, good speed on adjustment and not loud - all good

An absolute game changer of a product

An incredible product. This desk has completely combatted my lower back pain. I stand to work all the time now and am more energised, productive and feel better in my body. I didn't really buy in to the whole standing to work thing before my back pain began. Not only that but the design is so sleek, and my favourite features are the wireless phone charging and being able to scribble notes on the desktop rather than racing round the house trying to find a pen and paper. Would definitely recommend.

Love my new desk

This desk has been a real game changer for me in terms of working from home, The kitchen table has been my work space for over a year now and my back has suffered as a consequence.
I love the fact I can adjust it to the perfect height for me and its nice to change to a standing position when i feel my back and neck getting sore.
I would highly recommend them.

The desk is great

The desk is great! I'd definately recommend, it runs up and down smoothly and has been a great imporvement to my desk situation.

My one gripe is that the lock and memory button are the same. It could do with a lock button seperately so you can lock and then not accidently knock the up and down buttons. Also the instructions for seting up the memory could be better, espeically mentioning double tapping, but really these are minor.

I love my new standing desk from My…

I love my new standing desk from My Smart Desk. After a year of working from home and looking to continue to do so at least 80% of the time, I decided that I needed to upgrade my home office. This desk is ideal. It gives me the flexibility to sit or stand and has plenty of space for my equipment (2 free standing monitors, keyboard, laptop, headset and docking station) without feeling cluttered. I love that I can charge devices and use the glass to to write myself reminders. All for a great price and the company kept me updated about the status of my order - excellent service!
