Really disappointed.
Box turned up damaged in the incorrect packaging (wasn’t branded like on website). Was informed that i would have to pay to get correct box delivered.
Wouldn’t usually care about packaging but it is a gift.

Was looking for a present for my brothers 20th birthday and stumbled across this brand. Saw the premium box and said “I’ll give it a go”. Ended up arriving ahead of schedule and included a jersey, three cards, a programme from 1988! And a scarf. All very cool and unique items. Will definitely be buying one for myself this Black Friday weekend.

Awful customer service. Would not recommend.

Couldn’t be happier! Ordered a mystery jersey as a gift for my brother and it was an absolute hit. Delivery took about 3 days, but 100% worth the wait. The quality of the jersey is top-notch and the surprise factor made it even better. We both had fun guessing which team it would be, and when he unwrapped it, his face lit up. got an la Galaxy jersey which is really cool.
Perfect for footy fans who want something a bit different and exciting. I’ll definitely be ordering again (this time for myself!). 10/10, cheers for the brilliant service and jersey!

I bought 3 jerseys, one premium, and two weird and wonderful. The premium jersey was excellent, a great quality kit that looks great, with a scarf, a badge and a profile of the team. However, the weird and wonderful were neither weird or wonderful, I received two Indian Super League shirts that were pretty standard, which both had 900 rupee price tags, which is roughly £8 each, which is horrendous value for £35.
They replied saying ‘you can’t get them for cheaper in the UK’, I found both shirts on classicfootballshirts for £12.99

Feel like I've been done over ordered for my son paid 43.99 (including shipping) for a Leeds rhino's one to come with still some of the label of sports direct which online is £16 I mean what a cheek 🤔

Ordered a shirt and it was a little snug, paid for the return label (which netted out because I got 10% off the first purchase!), and was promptly exchanged for a new size. Then got a nice voucher for repeat custom. Super easy to deal with, great communication, and great quality shirt. Love it.

Every single time I receive a kit, it is absolutely spot on. I love the little extras that come with the kit as well. It is great added value. I would 100% recommend. The kits always have a write up about the club they I always find interesting as well. Very well thought out!

Just received my first jersey today , very quick delivery, ordered late wednsday night and received it 8am Friday , very impressed with jersey aswell player edition kit , will defo be ordering again soon

Very happy with the standard of items included in the mystery package (premium). However, considering the cost of the limited delivery options, I wasn’t happy that my 48 hour delivery parcel was delivered on the 25th despite being ordered on the 18th.

When there is little differentiation between the various companies that offer this service, timing and cost of delivery is a key differentiator so keep that in mind before purchasing.

It is appreciated that orders are fulfilled in a bespoke manner to account for specifications, rather than a generic box being sent as soon as an order is placed.

The best football shirt box in the world i always get premium and u get ur moneys worth what a great company parcel comes within 48 hours and great quality shirts keep up the great work

I was a bit disappointed with what I received. Paid for a premium package, but the level of content in my opinion was not to a good standard.

I ordered 3 training tops and 2 jerseys from mystique.
All 3 of the training tops were excellent, Italian,Mexican and French clubs, very good quality, one had a price tag of 65euros.
The jerseys were from a top Spanish club and an obscure US team, the Spanish top was very good, wasn't so keen on the US jersey, but that's the chance you take.

Presented brilliantly, fast delivery and correspondence from the staff was excellent and polite.

I have been ordering of Mystique jerseys for years now. To start with it was great, presentation perfect. My kids loved opening the box then the tissue paper to reveal their mystery jersey. The last few orders the jersey is thrown into the box with the team Information sheet on top which takes the excitement away for the kids. I’m sad to say I think it’s time to call it a day and give up ordering these as it’s been a disappointment the last lot of orders. My kids absolutely loved these as a gift right up until they were young adults

I ordered two shirts for my rugby mad son for Christmas aged 12. Quick delivery in plain packaging which was a win! Lovely boxes with wrapped tops and a fact sheet on the teams. At first he disliked the Bavaria beach rugby top that looked like lederhosen but wore it all Christmas day and said he's taking it on tour in May! Will be ordering more for his birthday. The past two Christmases we've bought football mystery boxes from Mystique Jerseys for our boys. They've both been very happy with their shirts and love that they are unique (in the UK, anyway!). This last order I accidentally ordered both jerseys to be sent in the same box but Shane was super helpful and sent an extra box out to me straight away, for just the cost of postage which is more than fair. I'm sure we'll be ordering from Mystique Jerseys again!

The people at mystique jerseys are great, the quality is second to none and their customer service is flawless and quick, I can not fault the service at all, I would look past the negative reviews as they are clear and helpful with all aspects of the buying process and I have to admit Patrik was incredible in customer services and helped after I made a mistake within my order and he even got the boxes labelled to make the gifting part easier, I truly appreciate the great service and I hope you have a great break
