Phishing scam!!!
Once you obtain the documents, which they say is free of charge "no cure, no pay - student friendly pricing" you are obliged to pay 120 euros if you do not wish to go forward. So their original statement is false. They also want to access your DigiD which is very fishy. Also, once you eventually receive your funds they take 40% + Tax.

Ripping a student off money
Absolutely horrible service. They say they will find a grant specific for your needs. I specified that I do not work and their follow-up email was about getting a job in the NL, which completely disregarded what I said in the application process. Now they are asking me for a 100EUR fee for 2 documents that I could've downloaded myself from the Den Haag Gemeente site. Don't work with them.

As outlined in our contract, which includes a commitment to maintaining proper communication and supplying required documents, your lack of response over several weeks led to a penalty fee. This fee is not for the documents themselves but is a result of not adhering to the terms of the contract regarding communication and document submission.
In regards to the job suggestion in the Netherlands, our intent was to provide comprehensive support, including options that might have been relevant to your situation. We apologize if this came across as disregarding your specific needs.
