I needed to return items for a refund. I used the Chat Box to ask for how to handle this. I VERY QUICKLY GOT customer service on a Sunday afternoon, complete with an email confirming a full refund AND a postage paid mailing label for the refund! Couldn't ask for more than that!

I am very impressed with this company ethics, they really try hard to please the customer and make their purchase with them a good experience, as with any company every once in awhile you experience a glitch but if it when that happens they are there within minutes to correct any trouble or "glitch" that may have arrised, in one of the pickiest customers that must venders will experience but this company is tops as far as I'm concerned, their customer service is the best in the business, give them a try , you won't be disappointed

It was misleading. The item I ordered was $4.99 but was also charged $19.95 for MyTracticalPerks.

The offer indicated that the item I wanted was free, with a S&H charge of $4.95. When I clicked on the link and was transferred to the order site, the S&H was $15.99 - an unacceptable difference.

I've have had a good experience with you guys. You have good quality products for reasonable prices and for free. You guys have a good company and I'll continue to get things from you guys. I won't lie I was a little upset when I got my 100 dollar gold bar but they cleared up the confusion so I'm extremely happy and would recommend it to everyone to try out. Sincerely Brian Devlin

The customer service is on a whole nother level! The product may take a little while to arrive but they keep you updated on the status. The packaging of the products I've received so far have been elite! I honestly will order more products in the future and will post my honest experience.

Usually some good deals but they push bad knives too often.

Literally NO ONE available to provide live support or even response to emails or the phone. Impossible to get a reply in reference to your purchase. They don't even provide a order number to refer to.

Never received my order and now I'm out $75. I received one of the "gifts" with a tiny flashlight. Scam on Facebook.

After watching the advertisement I decided to purchase 2 mystery boxes for $10.99 each. I received 2 knives neither one worth $60 as advertised. One knife was no bigger than 2-3 inches long, the other knife was bigger and had a built-in seat belt cutter and a window point for shattering side windows. Neither one of them in my opinion worth the stated $60-120 dollars.
They very quickly offered a refund and a return label pre-paid which is nice. However I was looking forward to receiving 2 great items so I was disappointed but thankful that this company stands behind their products.

I'm a new customer and I wrote to the customer service for a answer on my account. Thought I was going to be waiting for my answer but the answer came up on my phone in less than 10 minutes. Transparency is a good thing to have with a company and I will keep buying from them.

I have made 4 purchases and received 2 of them so far, the 1st was a small shoulder bag, made very well, strong material, it came with a small pocketknife, metal blade & plastic body very nice & light weight. My 2nd the emergency radio, I really like this I'm able to take it just about anywhere & charge my phone. My 3rd is the military grade telescope & an outdoor mystery box & my 4th is a military grade shoulder bag, I haven't received my 3rd or 4th orders yet. I did have a problem with the web page timer; it was only giving me 30 seconds or less to complete the required information to make purchase they kept telling me, "Validation error". Support team, I hope they fixed it for me.

Great first time experience. I accidentally double ordered and they immediately noticed and took action to confirm my order. Very fast in getting my refund started. I will definitely be a returning customer.

We ordered a 5-pack of the essential emergency preparedness gear. I had previously visited Trust Pilot to read MyTacticalPromos reviews to ascertain whether they were legit. I should have read further.

The money was immediately debited from our card. I immediately started receiving scammy text messages for other products that we had no interest in. No email or text confirmation for placing our order was ever received. No shipping notifications. Radio silence. So after several weeks, I disputed the charge.

Good quality products at a fair price. Customer service was very helpful and courteous
