We have used this service for 4 years now, and neverhad any reason to be other than very satisfied with the N1Mailbox, staff and service. Thank you !

How do you deal with a problem when there is no one to talk to on a phone. I have paid for a service and uploaded documents multiple times. One month later this is not sorted.

You've replied to my review asking for more ID from an employee not an explanation to your bad service. I'd prefer a full refund as this company is losing money not been able to receive HMRC letters. Disgraceful

Always super friendly staff who are a pleasure to visit. The service has been a great help knowing that mail is safe and sound and I dont have to be there to pick it up. Highly recommend, have been using this service for 5 years now, is great!

I have been a customer with the PO Box for 13 years and never had an issue with their professionalism or service.

Every person I know who I recommend to them has never had an issue either. In fact recently my friend who dropped a package was so impressed she will open a mailbox this week.

I don't understand the negative reviews at all. As the staff are always professional but personal too.

As an advocate of their services which is cheaper and higher quality than their competitors, ie Mailbox which charges triple to quadruple for lesser standards and I had many problems with them previously in Kings Cross and Charing Cross too.

The team at N1 Mailbox have been excellent when living in London or the UK to work with, collecting parcels, keeping my mail safe and whenever I use their services it's never a hassle and always 100% professional.

Whilst I have done traveling for business or lived aboard in India or Spain, packages sent from the PO box to whichever country has had no problems either.

I recommend their services wholeheartedly and will continue to use their services for the remainder of time.

I had a horrible experience with this mailbox company. Unreliable and misleading. I don’t recommend it.
