The staff here are super efficient, helpful and really quick to respond to any enquiry. I highly recommend them.

No customer support at all. Paid for a mailbox and send in the documents that I thought were ok but they don't reply back at all even after weeks whether they were accepted or not.
No, I would not use this company, ever!

Used them for about 6 months, fantastic mailbox service. Women working in there are lovely. And very quick and helpful response to emails.

My prior review was removed this morning after N1 Mailbox complained it was defamatory and to boost their TrustPilot score. In short, I took the company to small claims court for not providing services paid for a few years ago, as they refused to refund or to mediation. I won the settlement within 10 minutes due to the evidence against them, however they have still not provided my refund. They have ignored court and personal correspondence. I wanted to support a community business, however if you care about your mail, avoid them and use a reputable company.

N1 Mailbox are attempting to remove this comment as well. They are pretending not to know who I am, maybe so many other customers have taken them to court, they cannot decipher even with my name on my review. Interestingly however, they have never responded underneath the review as they do with others. If it wasn't true, they would say so. Pay all refund and court fees and respond to email correspondence since the court case in 2022! If you wish to continue to report my review and claim to need to request further information to have it removed, this may be used as further evidence against you and I will continue to share my honest experience about your company.

N1 mailbox is a rare gem in the heart of Islington. The staff are always super friendly even though they are busy, often there are customers in the shop and you never feel ignored. I use the shop for collections and for printing which is always top quality and affordable. What would we do without this shop??? It’s been a lifesaver for me and what makes it special is that it’s independent, we need more of these places ! Thank you N1 mailbox for all that you do.

I rate this shop so highly, they cover most carriers and the team of girls running it are so super helpful, they always help you to their best ability from printing the right labels to the best forms of shipping to use and you are always served within seconds of walking in there.. and it’s a busy shop! I don’t know how they do it, but they’re great. 5 stars every time

Lovely woman (it was busy) managed very well and knows exactly what customer service.. she was very polite, I’d prefer to go here than anywhere else (wish I went here sooner) and I only live 1min away ;)

I've been using the N1 mailbox for nearly 4 years and they provide a friendly and Professional service. They email when post has arrived and are always really helpful when I go to collect. Very reasonable price too.

What can I say, N1MailBox were not just great but, fantastic. Great communication, very polite and professional. What a great company!

They are quite swift and effective after Covid and always reliable.

Ive was with N1 mailbox for more then 5 years (had move mailboxes since we moved to the west) and all i can say is that they provide an excellent service compared to their pricing which is the lowest amongst all their competitors. Every time I've been in to collect packages they were helpful and happy to see me. We always had a good chat. Ive never got charged a late fee eventhough it is stated in the email. I wish they would branch out to other locations bc id be willing to change to their service over the competitors. Thank you for 5+ years of reliable service girls keep up the great work.

This is by far the mail box service in North / East and City of London, the staff go that extra mile nothing is too much for them , always got a smile , you get an email as soon as a letter/parcel arrives, fantastic value for money , try it and see

The service is very satisfying. Before I met N1 Mailbox, the delivery people confused my address so I often lost my parcel. And also, I was struggling to receive parcel whenever there was no one at home.
Now, I have no stress about parcel at all, they are all very sincere, kind and professional.
Even whenever I have to go business trip, I feel very safe as they will take care of my delivery :)
