Pool has been in 4 years with out any…
Pool has been in 4 years with out any problems until recently when the copper test stopped responding. I contacted Naked and got great advice to get it fixed. metals had fallen out of suspension in the water and caused staining. Took a water sample to your recommended local pool shop and got the chemical's which fixed it and also started a monthly service with them but on the second service that put something in it that made it go cloudy. They then told me that Naked pools are no good in Queensland due to high water temperatures. Is this true?

Thank you for your feedback, it is greatly appreciated.
The Naked System is perfectly fine in Qld and in any climate as the copper in the water is not impacted by heat in the same manner as chlorine is. You would know this after having 4 years trouble free with the Naked System. We also have thousands of systems throughout far north Qld and Asia which are far more of a tropical climate than South East Qld.
We may just need to reeducate this pool shop on the system and how it works by the sounds of it.

It's ok, customer support face to face is non existent
It's ok, I still haven't had anyone come out and run me through the pool system. All that I get told is to download the app, it's got dosage on there - but it's not even an app that's worthwhile to download. May as well be a web interface...

We are loving our Naked pool system
We are loving our Naked pool system and how fresh it feels! And our water is crystal clear. Their support and phone app is fantastic, the little training videos are fun! I would highly recommend this system to anyone looking for a nicer feel in the pool. You will need to maintain your PH (if you don't have the PH Acid Doser) and test your pool but it's all very straight forward and easily explained!

Tim took the time to respond to my phone call and email, and shows he is interested. As a first-time pool owner, that was very helpful - especially as there was a sense of it being slightly unconventional to decide on a Naked Freshwater system rather than a fully chlorinated system.

Listed Chemical Levels Differ
When I checked the Naked Pools website and app there were differing recommended chemical levels.
I ended up suggesting the levels I should use and Naked Pools agreed.

I got good instructions that the online app doesn't give
I got good instructions. However, I will say that the app and the online web advice with instructions for managing my Naked unit isn't helpful one bit and it really took this direct contact to get useful information that resolved my issues.

It was a simple process
It was a simple process. We emailed Naked and within a day or two we were contacted and put on the right track. Then Tim came down to us and fixed the problem within minutes. Great service.
