Namie Home was founded in 2021 by Nat and Jamie in Staffordshire, born out of a simple but powerful idea: beautiful homes deserve better than the generic, plastic soap bottles found in supermarkets. Great quality glass bottles which feel heavy and well constructed. Good size for hand soap and cream with sturdy pumps. Look great in my kitchen sitting on the matching tray.

Amazing products & service
We ordered a large number of Namie products for our service office and absolutely love them. They have elevated every space they’re in, and we’ve had so many clients asking where they’re from because they want to order them for their own homes. The products themselves are such lovely quality, and the silicone bases for the bottles have been a game changer, these were recommended to us by Jamie and have prevented bottles from falling over or being damaged.
A special thank you to Jamie for his patience with my multiple order change, he couldn’t have been more helpful & responsive! Everything arrived beautifully packaged, and amazingly there were no breakages, which is a miracle considering the quantity I ordered.
I would highly recommend Namie products to anyone. Thank you!

Absolutely love my bottles for dish…
Absolutely love my bottles for dish soap and hand soap. I got the bronze pumps. Love them I feel so posh with these bottles by my kitchen sink 😁 and delivery was fab also and well wrapped up so no chance of breakage.

Communication is extremely poor
Communication is extremely poor, took 25hrs to respond to my complaint. I didn't even receive my order as was a problem with the courier, had to do a charge back via my bank.

Excellent Service
I received my order with some damage, but the customer service was excellent. I contacted the team and received a prompt, helpful response. A replacement was dispatched quickly with no hassle, and the whole process was handled very professionally. Really impressed with how efficiently the issue was resolved. Excellent service overall, and beautiful product.
