Naming This Later Avis

I ordered two blankets, both of which I am very happy with! Throughout the order process I received clear communication regarding one of my blankets being out of stock. I could choose from multiple options on how to proceed with the order. I very much appreciate the customer service this company provided.

The blankets look and feel incredibly high quality. Will be ordering again!

I have bought 2 blankets now. The first as a gift which was received very well and seeing the quality I got one for myself......very special blankets which will be cherished......from first order communications were very good and shipping time super fast......you won't be dissapointed ....

Great quality product. Love the design and the hard wearing material. Delivery was free 👍

Great products which are well made and have great design and quality. I have bought from them twice so far.
Super nice people to deal with, very prompt and polite, I'm sure I'll buy again!

Fantastic customer service. Super helpful in all aspects and also love the product. High quality blanket in beautiful colors.

I order the Brown Sunset Blanket and it is beautiful! The quality of the blanket is unreal, a super sturdy blanket that will last years.

The Naming This Later team provided incredible customer service, they are quick to answer emails and really put the customer first!

Will definitely shop with them in the future.

Really happy with my blanket, great quality and fantastic looks!
I had to pay duty on it, to receive it in Denmark, but NTL quickly reimbursed me without questions asked.
Fantastic customer service!!!

Reliable and great after sale service

Super happy with the product and the customer service, thank you!

I ordered the Sunset Green blanket as a gift for my daughter (just moved out from home). To pimp up the appartement, for picnic … it looks absolutely gorgeous! It took 2 weeks to arrive (Munich, Germany). A Tax fee was charged, but directly after an email to NTL (greatings to lovely Aya) refunded on my credit card. Everything went very well, quick feedback and support. Diana

Beautiful, well-made blanket! And customer service is top notch.

High quality, beautiful blanket. Very pleased with this purchase.

I absolute love my new blanket, perfect colour and texture! I had a little problem with the delivery, they quickly helped me giving me all the supports and information needed!

Grazie mille :)

Fantastic customer service, refunded me for the duties I paid for their product to ship to Canada. Would order from them again!

Our Sunset Blanket came today and it’s beautiful! Quality is excellent and it was quick shipping to Canada. Canada Customs decided to charge duty and so I emailed Customer Care. Aya responded immediately and had already credited me the amount by the time I received her email the same day. Wow, very impressive and professional! I wouldn’t hesitate for a second if you’re considering ordering one of these wonderful products.

What they don't tell you is the blankets are also beautiful on the underneath almost like complimentary colours of the top side :)
I did have to pay import tax and VAT (Denmark)
and I have informed NTL.......

Absolutely gorgeous throw! It’s great quality and the colours are nice and vibrant. It is also really big - I use it for my yoga retreats for our alter / under my sound healing instruments and it looks amazing

Exactly as we imagined & more. The colours are so vibrant, design lovely & the blanket is extremely well made. We are in love with our Naming This Later & so happy we took it on holidays with us. Keen to buy another style in the future.

Item took more than a month to arrive. Quality is not great. Returned the item for almost a month but we still haven’t received the refund.

Having bought a few things via social media sites before Christmas and been let down with deliveries - up to a month - from even companies with UK sites, the service and speed of delivering my throw from Australia astounded me. It only took a few days.

The product its self is beautiful - the colour is just as described as is the quality. All in all 5 star service.
