My experience with NanoFi has been disappointing. I found their communication practices to be very unprofessional. If you miss a payment, even by a short period, you can expect a flood of emails almost immediately. Instead of working with customers to find a reasonable solution, the constant messages feel excessive and stressful.
I understand lenders need to follow up on missed payments, but the volume and frequency of the emails made me feel more pressured than supported. Better customer service and a more respectful approach to collections would greatly improve the overall experience.
