To much bad withdrawal amount not received bank account

I self-excluded and closed my account with NanoGames a few months ago. Despite this, I accidentally made two deposits recently to the same wallet address linked to my old account and NanoGames accepted the funds.

When I contacted support to explain the mistake and request a refund, they refused, saying it was my responsibility. Even though they still control the wallet and have access to the money, they are choosing to keep it. It’s pretty much theft.

This is unethical and shows a complete lack of responsibility toward self-excluded users. If you’re considering using this site, think twice as they do not operate with accountability or fairness.

Plinko was somewhat laggy; great potential if they improve performance.

Tried Mines for the first time last weekend. Concept is simple enough but man is it nerve-wracking clicking those tiles. Won some, lost some, pretty much broke even after a few hours. Graphics could be better and I had one instance where my click didn't register properly. Might give it another shot when I'm feeling lucky.

Overall decent, but I did have some lag issues with Plinko. Fix that, and it's a winner.
