I will continue to expose this casino for exactly what it is so that others will know how they are. Each year, for New Year's, the owner of the site, Mr Bit shows his appreciation to the loyal players by appearing in the chat and doing many rains and drops. He has done this for years. It's something the players look forward to all year. It's the one day that the casino does something to say thank you for the huge amounts of profit they take from people by scamming them. Well, this year, Mr Bit didn't even show up. There is no player retention going on here at all. None.
Previously, this casino replied to my review quoting their usual script about how they are fair and how they consistently monitor their chat. Go there. See for yourself. You will see the same players doing the same begging every single day without getting muted. And you will see nothing but complaints by players who are losing every cent they deposit. Then you will see that if any loyal players speak honestly about what is really going on, they are muted immediately and some are banned. They don't want anyone exposing them. So they just get rid of them for bogus reasons. The Admin, Raiw, is rude and refuses to answer legitimate questions. He treats everyone like crap. Most players hate him. Most of the Twitter contest winners are people no one has ever heard of. And by the way, Nanogames still hasn't addressed my question about why they are advertising medal bonuses when they haven't even been giving them for several years. And why they are operating without a license. This is illegal. This site needs to be shut down forever. They are thieves whose games are rigged as hell. But don't just take my opinion...go see for yourself. Expect to lose every cent.

$25000 scammed, sketchy site, failed to provide any evidence.

Dear NanoGames,

I must express my confusion regarding the decision to link my account with the profile in question. How can you claim that there’s a direct connection when I clearly reported that profile as someone impersonating me? Does that even make sense to you?

This is Ralph, and as I’ve mentioned, the other reviews you refer to were posted by members of the community on their own accord—nothing to do with me. Additionally, I would appreciate seeing the actual logs and screenshots you claim show any instance of NanoGames accounts being bought or sold. To date, I have not seen any evidence that supports these accusations.

Furthermore, I have the support ticket and a screenshot of the profile in question, which I had previously submitted to your team as part of my report. How could you possibly link this profile to me? Only a completely unreasonable person would do that.

I strongly believe there has been a misunderstanding, and I request a more detailed explanation with concrete evidence, as the current information provided doesn’t align with the facts.

Also I would like to know the instances where I have been warned and broke tos many times as mentioned by the owner MrBit itself. You must have something to back it up with. I will be grateful if you can provide anything other than the 1st time I was banned over an year ago when I was just new to the site and that issue was also cleared.

I am writing this post regarding the unjustified banning of my NanoGames account and the withholding of my legitimate winnings. The platform has offered to return my deposits but is refusing to honor my winnings based on three allegations, all of which I can disprove with evidence.

I’m extremely disappointed with nano games.io. A good friend of mine, Ralph—a high-level and very respectable member of the community—is currently dealing with his account being frozen after attempting to withdraw his $20,000+ winnings. He had no prior warnings of rule breaking and has always been a verified, reputable, and regular player who strictly follows all the rules. Now, they’re accusing him of having multiple accounts, which is absolutely untrue and unproven. He has not engaged in any sales or services on the platform neither has he abused the system or done any harm to any other users or the site itself. Any reason to deny his winnings being paid out because the site doesn’t want to pay their users.

For someone who plays regularly on the site and most users being very rarely positive on their net, P&L‘s, This is extremely disheartening to see someone win and instantly be denied when there has been no prior history or warnings of this, especially with an amount so high that anyone would be very pleased to have finally won.

This isn’t the first time something like this has happened; I’ve personally seen similar issues in the past to users that have followed all ToS. It’s disheartening to see loyal players being treated this way. I strongly advise others to be cautious, as the platform seems unreliable when it comes to honoring large payouts.

I really hope that nanogames can make the right decision and address the situation properly before ruining many relationships with their loyal players and destroying their reputation as a trustable and safe casino.

It isn't bad luck I'm having. Every single time I start doing even somewhat good, it's like the house edge skyrockets to 90% and no matter what you do, it relentlessly rips it right back off of you. Change seed...still does it. Even crash, a multiplayer game, seems to have something going on with it. It seems to go by what people bet and if enough people are betting on a oin or for an extended period of time, it just rips it right back off of them then proceeds to rip it off the people who've gained in the process of the previous. Don't withdraw your winnings. You'll be forced to deposit them back 5 minutes later. Deposit bonuses are random. Bonus codes do not exist. Daily spin literally only gives 50 cub coins. If you complain in chat, then magically the games start working for about 20 minutes. I only started using them when bc game started getting all "rich people only" and being homeless at the time it wasn't working. Getting really fed up with nanogames. I went up 6 levels floating on the same $35 deposit for 3 months. You'd figure wagering like $45k you'd see a little something, but nope. Same $35. Not even a wiggle up to $36. 35-45-25-60-4-30-40-35 again. Not even the tiniest glimmer of hope. I'm not trying to buy a Ferrari and a mansion. I'm just trying to eat and maybe buy a bicycle. I'm done pulling my hair out over this worthless site. The problem is the graphics on other sites is lackluster at best and many other sites are barely usable as everything takes forever to load. I guess I'm done with crypto casinos. Time to take my chances and learn proper crypto trading. Just going to raise it back up from the $3.50 I'm down to back up to the $35 I started with, make one last withdrawal, and logout and delete the 2fa code and forget about this site.they can have the table scraps I have in my vault. Sketchy and Shady -Avoid

I understand gambling comes with it's ups and downs. I assure you, at Nanogames.io the RTP is so poor you almost stand no chance.
In an entire year, I played pretty heavily, I cashed out 15 and 20 dollars a few times. The highest balance I ever had was 100 dollars that happened ONCE. Also if you play long enough you will notice very obvious patterns. Crash will almost always snatch your last at 1.1- 1.17, and autocrash on big bets. Wheel will make you want to blow your brains out. Limbo if you wager 5 it's gonna hit 1's 5 times in a row then 4.98 then back to 1's, if you wager on 2 it will be 5 1s then 100x. Every ...time. plinko you will hit if you bet micropenises Increase your bet to even 10 cents and it will lock you down, breadcrumbing you balance...lose 15%, Gain 10 on a single win, repeat, repeat. This happens without fail. The top spots in the tournaments are also obviously fake ie.
1st "Hidden 3345.22'
2nd "Hidden 3243.45"
3rd "Real player 2399."
4th "Hidden 1304"
5th "Hidden 1244"

This is all so blatant and messed up on so many levels. Just save yourself a lot of frustration and flush this excrement before getting your hopes up. Nanogames.io is not in the business of being even remotely fair. It's sister site, Bc.Game won't do you any favors either.

Stay far far away from here. They scam you and then ban you for exposing them. i wish i could post screenshots. Literally this site is a copy of bc.game (another scam site) the support are unprofessional and not there to help you but to justify them scamming you. I clearly showed them that my account was missing referral funds and they didn't care to fix the issue at all and banned me for sharing screenshots in chat from the convo i had with support. o yea i almost forgot they didnt even let me withdraw my funds and actually disabled my rake back and NND (USD TOKEN) unlock WHILE i was playing and didn't care to tell me about it. These people are not human.

Update: deleted my account the admin that banned me no longer is with the platform (so i herd) and they wont give me my Affiliate Commissions or let me log in. When i try to log in it says i need to Verify my Account with no way to verify. clearly you dont want to play on a platform corrupt this much.

This Site is scaming people using their Medal Task Bonus

This site suck. When they update their site there are bugs at the medal page. As the result of complaining to support they give that player with a huge GIFT by muted that player acc permanent.

It already more than a year and their medal page never fix. They keep saying soon but i dont think they going to fix that page so that they not need to pay the bonus money that suppose given to the players who all meet the condition for the bonus.

So just be careful with this site. They make lots of bonus promo to get new players but they never ever pay u that bonus money
