Great minimalist wallets
I’ve been looking for a great minimalist wallet that is made to last, and after searching for a few weeks, I finally decided to give this company a try. I really liked the look of their forged carbon lineup, and when it arrived, and I took it out of the box, I was very happy with it. Just from the way it feels in my hand, I can tell it will last me for years to come. I will be buying from this company in the future. Thank you, Nanowallets, for a great product. Nano wallet
I recently purchased a Nano wallet in Gun metal,
Quality is excellent, comfortable in the pocket unlike a bulky traditional wallet ( I'm a converted ).
After carrying the wallet in my front pocket a few times along with coins I noticed slight scuffing marks on the coating.
I contacted there customer service Dept. veer email &
had a response in Minutes from them explaining other items in the pocket could Couse this issue.
How ever photos were requested of the marks on the wallet which I sent ,after the second email from Nano they offered a solution to my concern in the way of a replacement cover, I accepted this kind offer.
Nanos customer service from start to finish was second to none , a real professional company who understand the value of customers. Other companies should take Note!

Custom order, hit the mark 100%
I ordered a wallet for my son for his first bank card, having got one myself in carbon I went for a red aluminium since he is into Spider-Man. And although aluminium maybe be considered the base models , don't let that shy you away, the anodised finish is insane. Looks great, very happy. And a forever returning customer for gifts for friends and family.

Wallet not for me! being called a liar not for anyone
Spent £63. For a wallet including postage.
Received the wallet opened and realised it wasn't as I had expected and not for me. I noticed that the cash strap clip had punctured through the strap which also concerned me.
I called up the mobile number and spoke with a male, as I explained that I wasn't satisfied with the product I was greeted. With "oh your the one we did a retrospective discount for"
Yes they did kindly discount 10% off for first purchase that I found at the second time of checking their website which I did appreciate but to be addressed like that I found very rude and off putting.
I explained It wasn't for me and mentioned that the strap had damage to which I was told that it was impossible for this to be the case and insinuated that I was lying.
I was then told I had to email my request for refund to which I did and was told it would take 7-14 working days to receive my refund!!
It's 21:35 on the 18th November 2025 and I have just been notified of my refund being processed 18 working days from date of refund. I'm sorry there's absolutely no need for a refund to not only take 18 working days but to also go over the stated timeframe.
I'm not a liar and I don't expect to be accused of lying . For this I give a one star rating the product itself regardless if it wasn't fit for MY purpose would have recharged higher but now it doesn't.

• Refund Timeline
Your refund was processed within the correct timeframe once weekends and non-working days are excluded. Our policy clearly states “working days,” and the processing fell fully within those parameters. Any suggestion that we exceeded the timeframe is incorrect.
• Price and Product Accuracy
Your review stated that you "spent £63 for a wallet." This is not accurate. You purchased the Ultimate Bundle, which includes:
- 1 Wallet
- 1 Key Case
- 1 Coin & Key Tray
The price you quoted was also before the retrospective 10% discount we applied for you as a goodwill gesture after the order was placed. Additionally, postage for your order was completely free, so the £63 figure does not include any shipping cost. Quoting it this way misrepresents both the items purchased and the total amount actually paid.
• Condition of the Wallet
Every wallet we send out is hand-built, checked, and signed off before dispatch. A punctured or detached cash strap cannot pass our quality control.
When your return arrived, the strap had been pulled cleanly from the elastic — a type of damage that occurs when the wallet is lifted from the box using the strap instead of the wallet body. It did not leave us in that condition, and the inspection confirmed this beyond doubt.
• No Accusation Was Made
At no time was the word “liar” used, nor was that implication made. What we did was refute a claim that is inconsistent with our quality-control standards and contradicted by the physical condition of the returned item. Refusing to accept an inaccurate claim is not calling someone a liar; it is protecting the integrity of our product and process.
• Goodwill Discount
You were given a retrospective 10% discount after your purchase — something we were not obligated to offer. This gesture was given in good faith, and it was never acknowledged. Mentioning it during the call was simply to confirm your order history, and nothing more.
We take pride in our products, our inspection processes, and how we treat customers. When a review presents a version of events that does not align with the evidence, our quality standards, or the documented timeline, we will correct the record clearly and openly.

I bought it - my fault - don't be me!
Have to say it looks OK.
Build quality seems OK.
However if you want a practical wallet DO NOT BUY ONE.
It is very small, impractical and if your hands are bigger than a 12 year old's its far too fiddly.
You can probably fit lots of cards in, but if you want to find one it may take some time.
The Cash strap seems flimsy and by the time you've folded a note small enough to fit under it you may well have lost the will to live.
If I had one card and a £10 note it would however, be fine.
My brand new wallet is now in the "Recycle Bin" and I have immediately returned to a practical, long lasting, easy to use leather folding wallet.
Customer Services did try and contact me very quickly which was a surprise - however I can't be bothered to fight them over £31 which was on hindsight stupid of me to part with.
Regarding the response from Nano (below) it actually took less than 6 minutes to form an opinion of the product - regarding other negative reviews - I don't often have to complain about satisfactory products . Thanks to Nano for their speedy responses.

- It was engraved and dispatched the same day at 15:04pm
- Delivery arrived on time, via tracked post
You contacted us 11 minutes after receiving the parcel, although your message didn’t describe any specific issue — only the possibility of leaving a negative review.
We replied within 18 minutes, asking how we could help.
When no reply came, we called you 28 minutes later, but the call was blocked by your phone’s filter settings.
You then returned the call, and once we identified ourselves as NANO Wallets, the call ended immediately.
We followed up 6 minutes later with an email offering a full refund right away, with no questions asked. This also went unanswered.
You mentioned in your review that you “didn’t want to fight” for a refund; however, one had already been offered before any review was posted.
For readers’ reassurance, we would also like to note — purely as context — that 9 of your previous 13 Trustpilot reviews are 1-star. This is important only because it reflects a reviewing pattern rather than any failings in our product or service.

Leading market quality at reasonable prices!
I was in the market for a new Ridge wallet, however the design I wanted was out of stock. (Forged Carbon and Blue)
I dropped them a message 10 days ago and am still awaiting a response.
I then found this company and they had the exact design I wanted at nearly a quarter of the price.
I had some questions so sent a few emails and each one was answered within an hour, even at the weekend!
Wallet has arrived and I must say I'm massively impressed. There is no difference to Ridge, only the price and customer service which is outstanding.
Already ordered another design and will no doubt be ordering more very soon!!

The decision was between the Ridge wallet and Nano. Emailed both with the same query. Got a friendly personalised response from Nano within hours and 3 days later a standard response from the Ridge. Visually, the two products look identical with the only difference being the Ridge logo is engraved. Decided on Nano.
Got my Nano within two days with the tracking number, followed by a personalised email and a complementary spare part.
Amazing customer service.
Amazing delivery service- even the external postal packaging is unusual and cool.
Amazing product.
