Walkfit Orthotic Insoles (NOT THE WALKING APP) Avis 92

Ordered platinum shoe inserts by phone Dec. 28 Was assured they had my size 9N women's. Received men's size. HUGE. Unable to find company contact that would respond for return or credit. This is strictly a scam.

Providing an update on my experience with walkfit. After placing an order on 12/21/24, I finally received the orthotics and the Be-Flexible Ultra pills on 1/8/2025. Walkfit did refund the additional $29.90 that was charged to my credit card. My advice to Walkfit is to not make additional charges to someone's credit card for a 7 day trial of pills until the person actually receives the order and has the option to cancel. Also your customer service team should have enough integrity not lie and say I was talking about another company.

Their app is terrible with zero to offer.
They charged me without me knowing and then declined a refund literally 10 min after. Never provided a refund policy

This is my first experience with Plantar Fasciitis and have been hobbling around for weeks. Found these in Pavers and, although they do take some getting used to - as advised in the instructions to only wear them an hour a day to start - I can already feel them helping. When wearing them, the heel pain disappears and I can feel my walking posture has improved.

I have been wearing the Walk Fit Insoles for over 10 years, and will never go without them. I just bought another set about three or four months ago.
They are amazing at helping with foot and back pain, and keeping it from recurring. It takes a few days to adjust, but once you do you'll want them for all of your shoes.

Paid 12.99. I gave been able to log on once. Now it's disappeared and says I don't have an account

I paid my money and the next page is the registration page. There it all stopped. The page was completely unresponsive making it impossible to proceed. This seems decidedly dodgy. I advise you to avoid them.

Be careful with this service. I thought I was just signing up for a weeks trial. Didnt notice the auto renewal part until the robbing company took 30 quid out of my account. Checked my receipt, my fault didn't notice the auto renewal bit but company don't care. Wasted 40 quid on a app which just encourages you to walk. No exercise plans etc

Purchased the plan with 7 days free trial, was charged straight away £5.50 after filling up the form. When I tried to login to the app my email address was invalid, couldn’t log in. Tried to use it through their website, was unable to as well. Asked for a refund as I’ve paid for something I couldn’t even use. No response from them a part of email confirming that my subscription has been cancelled. It’s a scam app

Misunderstood and didn’t realise I was signing up to a subscription that was £15.99 for the first month and just under £39.00 for the second. I emailed them before the second month started and told them I cannot afford that amount a month as I am not working. I also explained that I am struggling with my Mental Health at the minute and asked for a refund. Company very slow to respond and was quoted all manner of terms and conditions. I felt and still feel it was some sort of con. I was offered 12 months of the app for free. I refused this as I just wanted my £39.00 back as I went overdrawn and had to pay charges and as I said I am not working at the moment.
Feel this company have missed the point and are now ignoring me. That’s going to help my Mental Health.

I never authorized any payment on walk fit, and it isn't easy to get hold of them. I believe they are under a company called Architect. I have been charged two times—One payment to PayPal for 6.99
and now today for $30.93
I am an out-of-the-country phone number, and my best recourse is to be reimbursed.

I recently placed a review at this site by mistake. I believed it was a walking excercise site which I had joined and had been unable to log on to.

Useless app. As a nurse working in a very acute setting I walk/run more kilometres/miles during one day on my shift than this app has in total. And I haven’t lost any weight or got in any other shape. Complete waste of time and money.

My wife and i both have plantar fasciitis and have spent lots on different insoles.Was told about these at a local shoe shop and although uncomfortable on arch initially ,the heal pain has completely gone when wearing these.
My wife's pain was constant but now she can walk pain free,very good product after trying many different insoles.

I received the product, and tried them for a Week. Worst gimmick Ever. Made my feet Worse.

I'm a fan of the original Walkfit inserts. I still use a pair that I've had for several years and they still do the trick. The newer Walkfit Platinum is obviously an inferior product. I bought a pair for a second pair of shoes. I don't think I've had them for two years and they're shot. Both have split along the outside edge and have caused foot pain in that exact area. I was disappointed after having the original pair hold up so well. I won't buy them again.

I am so happy with these insoles they are amazing. Brilliant invention and my feet are so much happier as I work 12hr shifts non stop walking as a carer. Had toe fusion,knee replacement and plantar fascinates all in same leg. Thank you so much would certainly recommend to anyone Linda
