Pyometra claim on our 7 yr old!

We were so worried about claiming and whether it would be paid. Once the claim was submitted I was advised it may be upto 2 wks. Less than 2 hrs later the claim was approved!

Nikhil is a superstar!

I work closely with insurers on behalf of pet owners at the clinic, so I regularly deal with claims, policies, and the people who support them. Over the years, I’ve had a wide range of experiences but I can confidently say that the service Nikhil provided stands out as the best I have encountered in the industry.

Nikhil went above and beyond at every stage of the process. Not only was he knowledgeable and efficient, but he was also genuinely committed to helping resolve the situation as smoothly as possible. What truly sets him apart is his willingness to step outside of normal working hours to assist with both a pet in need and the associated claim. That level of dedication is rare and makes a real difference in what can often be a stressful time for owners and clinics alike.

I cannot thank him enough for his support, professionalism, and care throughout. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely wants to help people and their pets.

I sincerely hope that management recognises what a fantastic employee they have in Nikhil he is an absolute credit to the team.

Claiming with Napo for my chihuahua

Claiming with Napo for my chihuahuas eye has been a simple process and taken all the worry out of it. Luckily she didn't have to have her eye out and the meds have worked, im delighted. Thank you Napo for your support!

Clear and helpful

I needed advice and contacted Napo about one of my policies. Deniz explained clearly the steps I'd need to take to resolve the problem and patiently answered the questions that were worrying me, putting my mind at rest. It makes a big difference having someone who takes the time to help rather than one who tries to rush through the process. Thank you Deniz.

I have been with Napo for 3 years now…

I have been with Napo for 3 years now for both my dogs and have always found them to be a great support in times of need, I have recently made mg 1st claim and it was dealt with in swiftly and with ease, i would highly recommend. Thank you Napo for being there when needed.

Dr Rachel Cox was amazing she was so helpful and was quick to put my mind at ease hopefully the advise she has given for Winston works well even when I was having issue with technology and Winston not cooperating she was calm and helpful 100% wonderful service and so glad they are my Pet Insurance provider

Disaster of a company

Disaster of a company, the increases they impose annually are insane. My cat is 3 years old, they increase by over 24% every single year and now I’m paying over £100 a month just to insure my cat& if I move he won’t be covered for any issues he has in the future for UTIs - absolutely criminal. I asked for a more competitive price & they suggested I should downgrade my cover so I’m not covered for as much but this would only save £10 a month which is another joke

Peace of mind

We weren't sure if my dog needed to go to the animal clinic out of hours. I was able to speak with a vet via FirstVet within half an hour. It was such a relief to be able to get feedback from a vet which gave me confidence to make a decision. Knowing that I can get help from a vet anytime with no limits really does bring peace of mind. It's great that it's included with the insurance .

Amazing service I have a French bulldog…

Amazing service I have a French bulldog not many vets are familiar with there conditions but this vet was amazing and knew exactly what she was talking about gave us the best advice without delay amazing service all round

THINK VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS…

THINK VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS PET INSURANCE. THE POLICY SAYS THAT YOU CAN ONLY CLAIM FOR DENTAL IF THE DOGS TEETH ARE CHECKED IN THEIR 12 MONTH CHEECK BEFORE TREATMENT. SO IF YOU DOG HAS A DENTAL ISSUE YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE DOG TO BE CHECKED AT A CHECK UP BEFORE YOU CAN HAVE THE TREATMENT. THEY START CHEAP AND GET VERY EXPENSIVE. NOT WORTH THE MONEY

Really fast service

Really fast service, quick to respond and payment for claim made super fast. It’s a bit weird not having a number to call but when I used the site chat bot I got a callback really quickly. Overall very impressed
